Finally had some time to give this "suchered staple" a shot. So much easier then staggering both sides. Not able to fuse it quite full speed, but at least 10x faster then a fully staggered staple. Plus, I didn't sprout any more grey hairs and i have about 18" of this with only a few missed wraps. I'll coil it up and dual it here later today, just gotta decide what build to pull out.

Nice builds!! :)

heres one i havent tried before..

i thought i'd try the transformer coil, i've used the juggernaut coil quite a bit and that had a nice vape and this one is pretty good to, has nice strong TH..
1mm x 0.1 ribbon
26g n80
34g n80 0.16mm
2mm id
0.2ohm so chucked it on the sigelei to get more heat.

also went to the furthest post holes to get tension in the coil..

Great convo with deap reminded me of prep and patience. For nostalgia sake my first alien I ever kinda successfully made a few months back. Pre swivel too lol

@Tom Forde , you're just killing it homie.
Thanks bro, I actually still have the first alien I ever made, back when they were only 1 core, before the 3 core Clapton. It's a mess. I'm picking up a Kennedy 24 tomorrow off a buddy of mine.
@Superfecta_ loving the framed staple sutures, a true staple suture would be one SF Clapton sutured to just the ribbon. I made a staple suture, but when I started wrapping the suture in the drill, the ribbons turned horizontal on me and didn't stay vertical. So frustrating I hate ribbon sometimes lol

He got it directly from Steve Kennedy, it's either a super low serial number or a pre-release model. I'm stoked.

I saw all the specs on the Kennedy 24 and it looks stellar homie. Are you going to make the post holes bigger? , they look (from the web) pretty small for larger builds. But just like the Pugio I could be wrong.

I am not going to mess with the posts on the K24, no need to, I've seen people slap quads in there pretty easily so they should be big enough for me to build some nice flavor cloud coils.
& Retro is that the doge v2s? Coils look like they wouldn't fit with the normal sidewalls...

It is the v2s. The sidewall and chuff cap are thinner. I also pushed it over a bit more after I got everything glowing. Anything will fit in this deck.

21g SS
either 32g or 34g claptoned on 26g n80
3x 0.9x0.1 kanth ribbon twisted together then twisted to the clapton.
0.07ohm.
As its a single i left one wick tail long to pickup juice from the other side of the well.
It's a cloud monster.
I'd like to see that whole beauty glowing. Side note: who's your football team?

It's a little hard trying to get a picture of it as all you see is a big glow once all has heated up but here ya go..
so above is on heat up and below is on cool down..

and i thought i'd throw this one in, the Ti is going even whiter..
below is a wire i made after watching a vid on the hannibal lecter coil ...
is quite a good vape also and doesnt dry the wick out as much after a draw as a normal nano does, i noticed i didnt get any hissing either.

heres the vid ..

and Retro, i dont watch football mate, only when its world cup so i can watch how bad england are ;)
