What do you need tips on?

Thanks for getting back to me so fast, and im just awed by some of the work you put out for the rest of us to drool over. Mostly im looking for tips in the flattening process, is there a specific hammer or block that works better? I used a claw hammer and an old dumbell i had lying around as an anvil.and as i was hammering i noticed the clapton wire started to curl, i figured the round nose on the hammer was the cause of this.

Hi You will still get a bit of curling with a flat steel jeweller's block and a flat chasing hammer but not as much, you will have to pin the wire with your finger's or dangle your curly wire down onto what your hammering against.
I don't know what tips i can give you really, make sure you leave the core wires exposed a little both ends so you can see whats happening as you start the flattening, start one end with light tapping and work along to the end, turn over and repeat.

Yeah the cat track is going to curl no matter what when you hammer it. Any strand of wire you flatten to its maximum is going to curl up. Try making an arched Clapton with 30g, it's not quite the same process as a cat track, but they look & vape great. There's a process to pinching the wrap before hammering it to give it an arched effect.
And you can pick up a jewelers block & hammer at any Michaels or similar stores. They're always running sales, check online for their coupons.

Working wicks, working wires!

Frample alien: 30g frames, 6x .3x.1mm, 36g alien wrap para to 22g all N80. Monster with flavor and vapor production. Prolly my favorite build as of right now. The 30g looks so tiny next to the 22g lmao.

Sigh, I'm still alive & breathing vapor... And finally off bed rest !!!
a few bed sores, a busted phone that doesn't charge & Yes, I'm referring to the one I just bought, so no vape gear for me, I had to purchase a Qi wireless charging back cover for my Note 4 & a set of slim 4500mah batteries w/ external charger.... So this birthday has really sucked, I looked like I had elephantiasis or sumtin...both legs & feet were swollen beyond recognition So 2day is my first day out of bed & sitting at the computer... It hurts as usual but as long as I'm not in the bed I'm good Aww Mann, I still can't take any pics but I'm definitely gonna put down some building of the coils today... My setups are horrible... been dry burning & re-wicking, from my bed. Being unplugged from the world & totally miserable without a phone or PC had me a little grumpy for awhile. I couldn't believe how much NOT having a phone effected me. Who knew a phone could effect ur lifestyle like that ? (smdh)My bday was kinda crappy, bcuz I couldn't go out or fit my feet into slippers, but I was still happy to see it... But u better believe...I'm gonna do it up for my 7 year Anniversary ( July 4th when I had the aneurysm) & shortly after that, I'm gonna be welcoming my new grandson into the world. around the end of July & be the world's greatest "G"-ma !!
No way I'm gonna be anybody's grandma, just yet. Oh well, I paid for expedited shipping so hopefully the stuff for my phone will get here b4 Friday. Happy Vapes All Around !! Just got done building this one. 28/30 gauge n80 clapton paralleled with 28 gauge n80. Came out at .30 ohms.

No worries, i bought another one the other day, will be easier to stretch my wire, all my pliers let the wire slip with 22g lol
