Dear ECF and friends,

Below is a photo of me. My name is Immortalizer but my friends call me Immo..

I arrived at my owners house today (raqball) but he has told me that I must sit and wait for the arrival of my partner who he said is named ELA.

Dear ELA, I don't want to sit in a kitchen cabinet so please don't be long..

Immo

i agree about paps stuff very good quality and good price. Not quite up to par with David's stuff, but i wouldnt get rid of my paps 2.5. They have made great strides with the paps line
Perseas makes one out of aluminum bronze instead of brass (just the tube though) which is a very nice mod and their machining, attention to detail, customer service and pricing is top notch. They, just like David, seem to care a lot about their products AND their customers. Personally, I'm slowing coming to the realization that I may not like the highly polished SS or brass mods or even brass accents in the long run. The brass looks very nice when clean and polished but the appearance quickly fades as I'm using them. The finish on my P+ mods look great and seem to look great even after using them for long periods. I do like the contrast of the top and bottom caps being polished SS.

Thanks! Looks great and should look great on my polished ELA as well..

My KayFun Lite should also be here this week so the Immo will have some company while waiting in the kitchen cabinet..

My ELA has completed it's final leg of the journey to San Miguel, when I get my notice (and a bill for IVA tax) it should be ready to pick up later in the day, looks like a walk to the local pick up location just before they close....yay

I made the walk up to the postal station and it was there! I now have my ELA and Kayfun Lite all set up and vaping like a champ. This is the best built mod I have and I'm totally impressed with the workmanship. I ordered March 7 so the wait was just over 4 months, and it was well worth it. Thank you David. Off to play!

Wow, you must have had a very bad personal experience with this builder. I feel your pain. I recently had a very bad experience with a towing company (towed my daughter's car without permission causing lots of damage) and their insurance company. I now have to take this problem into court to see if a judge can rectify the problem.

I can only hope that I don't have similar experiences with him. :)

BTW, I've always enjoyed reading your posts and viewing your pics..

I was pretty harsh this morning (not a morning person at all!), but I stand by it. I hope I didn't come across the wrong way - my intent was not to disparage your purchase - I really do hope you have a good experience and get a great PV out of it!

I dont know exactly how long it stays in your cart, not much more than a day though...
The thing is even if its in your cart its not yours until you PLACE ORDER.... I have had items loaded in the past and when I got home were sold out....

You must live right 'cause that there is divine intervention as far as I'm concerned - congrats!

Someone asked me about the Axiom from Art of Exhale... i just got it set up and so far is pretty awesome... if the wick breaks in between vapes which it should.
It is like a Spheroid in that there is a filler around a post in the upper cap, but the coil/wick posts are high and it has an air duct that extends up between the posts right under the coil. Theres an adjustable air draw hole on the side of the base of the Axiom.
Axiom (comes unengraved unlke the very similar Prometey) but came with a Ti d/t... its on the satin ELA.

A Big Ben is on the DNA20 box... it has a 4mil tank and is gravity fed to the wick/coil and is extremely awesome. There are 2 long windows on the side to see the juice level.
They are both quite tall! Both all Titanium
Sorry for the amateurish photos from my phone...
Axiom hitting great now!

You are a better person than me, cause that entire situation just fires me up. I don't like a modder or a vendor trying to make you feel beneath them. That is all I will say about it.

Yeah, My hydraTi atty (possible ela topper) made it to the states. It's been setting at the New York customs office for 7 days without moving. I'm glad to see their in such a damn hurry. :D

They are never in a hurry. I once ordered a folding knife from Finland and it sat in customs for weeks!

Good luck! Please post pictures when it comes in and you get it assembled.

Fraghole, just looked up that atty. looks nice man! Was it in stock at a vendor, or did you have to wait on a list?

I just put myself on the wait list for a vaporwerks Stratus 22. Looks decent and the price is right.

Still gonna try and get a Doc Dave or a Foggatti though.

Anyone out there have a Stratus on your Super-T device? Curious to know what you think.

Cheers!

the Hydra2 was the first one from AoE i ordered, and so far i got the last 2 (of 4) .. Big Ben, and Axiom.
I am anxious for it and the Prometey, and the Gryphon.
These are light but full sized; and fit really well with ELA... not a problem so far for leaning or laying on side. Hydra is the only Geni of the bunch.

I just sold both my 22 and 19 to make room .... Loved the 22... and regret it. But hopefully the Hydra will be at least as good.
Its large wide and heavy, but ELA can handle; 22 is so reliable, and worked like a charm every time.
It matches the ELA better than the DID imo... wider.
It should be perfect for ELA imo... if you get a new one, make sure you clean the machine oil taste out; takes a while. But yeah it is a good one.

I received AoE Crystal (the other 22mm Genesis) a few weeks back. It had a few scratches on the base and many micro scratches on the dt. I like the low weight and everything but the color of the titanium does not match any mods out there. Besides these issues it is fairly well made. I have a hydra 2 that was ordered months ago when he was accepting paypal i think i am next inline to get it. Wish i had ordered the Prometey now instead of the Crystal or hydra 2

I was on the list for quite awhile for hydra2.

Not tried anything Doc Dave yet. I've been on the Steam Turbine list for months, but he locked it, and has managed to supply all of his retailers twice over, and still not heard anything about the list. Removed myself from the mini b for this reason.

I have had a foggitti T22, and ended up trading it. Sharp looking piece, but the wick holes are smallest of any atty that I have owned to date, didn't like that about it.

More than likely the doodle bug, or the ithaka will end up on the ELA. Going to try the hydra, but not sure about the diameter.

Anybody have some pictures of the Kayfun Lite on the ELA? I may have missed them but I can't seem to find them in the thread or online.

My ELA isn't going to make it before I leave for Alaska this weekend unless it ships tomorrow (label printed the 11th so doubtful based on history) so figure I might as well look at a picture of what my setup will be. Thanks!
