The installed jig is 1/16 and comes with an extra @ .055" (#54) or 1.397mm(Piano wire size). The .55 with the same kanthal, wick, # of wraps will give me .02/.03 higher ohm

PM - Will/Darkzero - Fantastic guy. He just had a run and told me he made a few extras.

Thanks! I found a video:

For now, I'm good with my screwdriver and mini bobby pin. But, she sure is pretty. :)

Me posted the vid for you a couple days ago :(.
I am still loving your innovation! :) Very smart.

not a big fan of micro coils but i could see one of these jigs with an interchangeable pin with a set screw either on its side or in the end of it to secure it in place, that i would go for.
Usually, those not comfortable with building are skeptical. But, once comfortable, the flavor, vapor and ease of just replacing the wick in lieu of the entire set up is well worth it.

Note:This does have a flush set screw on the end to change coil pins.

Oh. I must have missed that post. Or forgot. Stroke brain. :)

I love micro coils. I hesitated at first. But............................ :)

its probably what it was, only tried once, wasn't impressed with it so went back to my old style coil.

edit: i haven't had to remake my coils in a while now, i just cut out the ekowool mesh out and slide the new one in (doubled 2mm ekowool) re-touch the coil as i see fit and off i go.

anavidfan and Cucco - you guys need to jump on this with your lame pinkies. I did and my pinkies are just fine :) Get the brass before they sell out! QVapes Coiler | Congrevape

(I bet you will always be able to get your $$ back on the brass if you so choose)

My Mini Bobby Pin, on my screwdriver, is working great for me. The Mini holds real tight. But, both jigs are real pretty.....

I spin/turn to wrap. I use 24 gauge. Not torched. I think spinning/turning, would be easier than wrapping. If that makes sense. Or, it's just me........

You have a great solution so stick with it. I know I will want to play around with different dia coils so what the heck.

I bought a cheap one. Didn't exactly know what I was supporting, better be something agreeable.

What one did you buy? I bought one from DantesInferno. Actually, I really like the way it works. Inexpensive. But, it wraps a small coil. I like a little larger coil.
