I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.... :|

The first battery I used with my brand-new Tornado works great.
However the second battery has a tendency to stay "ON" even after the button is released. Sometimes I can press the button once or twice and then it'll shut off, sometimes not; it seems to be an intermittent problem

hmmm...maybe this is what happened...I lost an entire 5 pack of mega-atty's in a week on my Tornado, but I haven't noticed that the light stays on with either of my Tornado batteries. I'm assuming you noticed because the light on the switch stayed on?

My Tornado is back in its box right now, no atty problems with a standard 510. I emailed TW returns and haven't received a response. Their website says they are moving this week and won't be answering e-mail...figures.

Just got my tornado today, and I have the same exact issue.
First battery works fine - second battery has a tendancy to stay on (button gets stuck). If I fiddle with it a bit it will come unstuck.

The frightening thing is I didn't notice it the first time. I was using it in the house, set it down on my desk and a few seconds later starting hearing a sizzling/popping sound. Took me a second to figure out it was my Tornado still going.

I'll be contacting TW to see if I can get it replaced.

I got a bad tornado battery from TW yesterday. I plugged it in the charger, and it did not do that blinky thing. After I charged it, I press the button and the light barely comes on. I screw an atomizer on and it heats up without pressing the button, the light barely coming on as it heats. It doesn't just heat constantly, but cycles on and off a few times a second. Is this what you mean by a stuck button?

I send an email to TW, but they are out of office until Monday.

Thanks TECC, I'll wait and see if they respond tomorrow.

I have been using all 3 of my T batteries and not one sign of any sticking like the others reported here. I was hoping it would be that easy but I'm really at a loss as to why an entire 5-pack of Mega Atty's failed in less than a week on my Tornado. Must be a bad batch of atty's or something, hopefully TW will look into it.

New to the forum and to ecigs. Gave up analogs two years ago using snus. Wasn’t my intention, it just happened and I have never looked back. I occasionally use nasal snuff as well. I’m attempting to reduce my tobacco use, that’s why I’m moving to an E-NI. I ordered my TW Tornado last Thursday and my adult son ordered a TW Tornado kit for himself. After much research, I decided to go with TW, because they seem to have great customer service, answer phone calls and email, all during the process of their facility move. Another company did not seem a least bit interested in answering any email inquiries I sent.

I hope the kits we ordered check out good and are problem free. Don’t know if they have a quality control check on there products? Our kits won’t be mailed till Monday, because of the facility move, but I’m willing to be reasonable and give them a chance if any problems occur.
