And I think with the 60 watt, It comes with ver 3. And that is the latest update.

Now that you mention it you're probably right. I just remember the first upgrade on the P3 was for things I either didn't care about or thought were downgrades. It would be nice to have an option to have any version we want. Better yet...have an option to upgrade the individual features. Thanks Gnees, I'll connect to your link and take a look-see.OH...

ProVari Software Upgrades
Not sure about the rolling back a update. Maybe someone else can answer that one. I updated to 40cc, and keep it.
I didn't see a version 3 on that link you sent me. Maybe you meant the third version (which is 20)?OH...

Got another question for P2 owners. I purchased my 2.0 way back (obviously before the 2.5s came out). It eventually wigged out on me and I sent it in and they put in a new chip. That was a good year ago or so. I notice the battery drains quickly if not in use. I don't notice this with my P3. Is this something others have experienced?
Hey DP. The original P2 chip did not have this issue. At least mine didn't. Not until the chip was replaced was this a problem for me. I mean, I can always remove the battery when not in use and it's not a big deal but it would be nice if I could just leave the battery in. I wonder if I just power off the P2 if that will keep it from draining. Have you tried that?Hey Bronze. Yeah, I have the same issue with my oldest V2's. I haven't figured out a fix, and they're in backup status right now, so I've just let them sit. I've tried all the usual stuff (cleaning, etc.). They're not terrible, but they do run down faster than the 2.5's (at least right now).
I don't know that there's a fix, but I always figured it was just me (and how hard I am on things). Sorry to hear that you're having the same issue. I wonder if others are too.

I just push a fresh battery in it and then powered it off. I'll check in a day or two and see if it is draining. I'll report back.I had not. I'm thinking it would work though, based solely on (possibly biased) expectations associated with their devices. It's worth a shot - for sure.

If you're as lazy as I am then you'd probably like to be able to keep the battery in the P2. I would like to have an atty on top filled with another flavored juice so I could just grab it and vape right away. Again, no big deal to yank the battery but just a bit of a hassle versus grab and go.Thank you, sir! I am curious too.
I most certainly am... [emoji23]If you're as lazy as I am then you'd probably like to be able to keep the battery in the P2.
