i just can't get it lol. maybe my husband can when he gets home. i have two rubber grippy things. i just had to clean my freakin skin from my fingers out of those little grooves :-x

I had to use pliers to get mine off. I wiggled and pulled in all different kinds of ways, no go. Only when I use pliers did I get it off. I took the glass off before doing this. The pliers did mar the delrin a bit.

ETA: oops, late to the party, as always......:|

Quick question. If you ordered a blem provari, should you expect your button led to work?

Yes, yes you should expect the button led to work. Is your question rhetorical or did you get one where the button doesn't light? And which Provari are we talking about? BTW, from the 2.5 on up, there is a setting to turn the LED off. So, if you have one and the LED isn't lighting, check to see if it's been turned off.

I would think. Blem shouldn't interfere with the functionality is my way of thinking. But what do I know? What does ProVape say a blem is on their website?

Click the button 15 times, wait till screen lights. You can toggle between On and OF, if you see OF click button once.

This is what Provape says about a Blem:

BLEM - This is a brand new device but with small scuff marks, nicks, bumps, scratches or other imperfections that make this a blem. This device comes with a full warranty, but we cannot accept returns. In exchange for the reduction in price, we cannot provide photos of the blemishes and they are sold as is. Limited number of units available.

Not a rhetorical question. And, yes, I toggled led on and off. No button led. Just thought I would ask, before contacting provape. Its the gold 2.5 blem.

Sorry, sounds like you need to open a ticket with Provape. They'll take good care of you.

I know they will. It makes my fourth 2.5. I also have a radius. Have only had to send one back. Just opened a ticket.:thumb:

At least you won't have to go buy a cheapo eGo if your blem needs a trip to the Provape Spa!

Both Ocelot and I had v2 satin silver blems. We decided a long while ago the blem was that the ProVari name wore off as it wasn't etched in back then. Mine did need a new board well after the warranty was over, so I did pay for it.

Gold or Red?

I'm not at Enaud or Willy numbers. But an even dozen is normal. Right?:)

The gold is PHENOMENAL, gnees. And I'm not big on golds. Knocked me out of the park.

If the Ruby's not ZenKote, get the gold.
If the gold was a satin finish i would be all over it!

For my tastes & experiences, ZenKote wins (but that satin silvers are great too). The satin blacks are beautiful, but I can BUST them up (something big too).

I have to share this...

My daughter is 4. She is watching the hobbit with her uncle...
she is so excited because she just found out dragon's talk.
she didn't know they could talk like humans with words...

i don't have the heart to tell her they aren't real.
