First of all i have to say this is amazing compared to my pilots !!
second,, i just got it an hour ago and have batteries charging but it is working with the other batteries.

at first it didnt work so i took it apart,,put it back together and added a few more drops.
it still didnt work.so i took it apart again and cleaned the spring and threads a bit by carefully scrapping them.
put it back together and heard a click when i pressed the button..
amazing !!
its been working great since then..

i also found a computer pen case and it happened to fit perfect in it.

Ok i'm learning how to use this better..I just got a good head rush..that hasnt happened in a long time lol....Anyways I'm learning i have to screw in the atomizer all the way in and then turn it back 1/4 or 1/2 turn for there to be a solid connection. Can someone else try there bestecig 801 atomizers to see if they fit..I'm glad i held off on buying 20 before it came. So far the generic and original atomizers work just fine although i like the generic better right now it gets HOT!

I must say i'm loving this thing!! Thanks for all the hard work from you and the staff!

you beat me to it sorta......as i was sitting here vaping and noticed the atty was a little bit wiggly....as soon as i put it down snug it stopped working....backed it off so it was wiggly again and it worked again.

thanks for everyones help.

Are you guys BOTH using BE atty's? Jfray .. When you tapped the adapter, did you acidentally tap the center post itself down? Need to make sure to tap the entire brass unit, not just the center post ... :)

Very Nice Obi ...

Perhaps we shouldn't use *super glue* anymore ... The threads do eventually work themselves in, but if its caked on too much from the get go, that's not a good thing ... hmmmm ....

Soldering the spring is almost impossible ... any other suggestions guys ... Feel free to throw my way :)

could change the design of the end cap spring bore to have an angle (dovetail).
which would allow the spring to be snapped in, and it would be easy to change in the lathe program.

Ah, that is the reason for the corrosion. Wondered why there was white powder everywhere. The super glue fumes are interacting with the aluminum. I'll bet you glue the spring to the cap and a minute or two later you put it in the body. Let the spring set over night to allow the vapor from the glue curing to dissipate, then screw it in. You won't get as much corrosion that way.

I'm using the included atty and the 901 clone from TW...both seem to be working good now. I did a little adaptor adjusting so it can be more snug now. yes, originally i tapped the entire brass unit...and just a bit ago lightly tapped the center back up ever so slightly.

Nice Obi! Let me see if we can make the change even on existing ones already made :)

Hey Brian,

Actually, we DON'T put the cap on right away. They have actually been done for roughly 4-5 days now. We will just take the existing and brush them quickly to clean up the threads ;)

Without having my Prodigy( Yet:rolleyes: STEVE!), it sounds like that would work great. Physically connecting versus, chemical adhesion is ideal.

Yeah, easier to assemble to ... Easier to assemble = the key!

Right now i'm using a generic I got from dietsmokes(I'd use the included one but there wasn't one in my package). It just seems that the center of the atomizer of the be112s is lower that the others so the threads don't reach each other. I don't want to push the atty to hard down and pop out the center of the adapter. If i tap the center of the adapter down it would probably fit but i don't want to break my new toy the first day i get it :D . Its all good I'm happy its working perfectly with the other attys i have.
