In how many Volts you vape so you have 42 Amps buddy?

Edit: Οκ let's talk by pm.. sorry

Edit2 : (using the same post) 176 WATTS???????????????????

yes 176 watts but with voltage drop measured with an inline meter 3.24 under load- like 105 watts true or 33 amps
guys- IT WORKS!!!! the batteries are killer and have no problem pushing the quads or duals as shown in my pics above...
back to your subject- im sorry to digress...
MANY vapers in SO CAL vape like this now

i dont understand...
as the pics above illustrate- i can vape at around 40 amps (22awg 4 wrap dual coil- 0.10ohms) including voltage drop= lets say 34 amps....
and i chain vape for a solid hour on a good 18650 (sony, efest 35A) or much longer using 26650 Sony's or MNKE's even better... i am finished with this conversation......

Take a chill pill dude. I'm just stating the absurdness of this type of vape. You're getting no more than 300s of total vaping time from a battery that will usually last me 1 day on my microcoil.

I prefer this

To each their own.

I wouldn't have meddled in this thread but I dislike this toupee of superiority coming from people vaping with 6 coils in parallel.

Small suggestion; take a step back from all the superlatives and look at those high-res images of your coil(s). Does that look healthy to you? Or let me put it this way, do you cook your meat on a rusty grill?

Evgeny, let me say something about your set up. 0,1 ohm is not a resistance, its a short circuit.

And if you battery on every push of the button goes immediately at 3,24 volt, thats a dangerous thing. To my opinion you have to stop vaping like this.

Thats only a friendly advice:)

imeo u r right it was an experimental build and i did it because i could i didnt keep the set up just showed that it is possible easily by someone who builds well

I'm glad you guys are having this conversation about coil builds and battery safety, and the safe limits of Watts.

But nobody has mentioned the type of juice being vaped. My friend had a build of 0,2 ohms with an 18650 battery mechanical mod. All non-GG gear. And the juice was all VG based. I tried it and it was too intense for me. Even though VG by itself (not including nicotine) does not really provide throat hit, but a lot of visual vapor clouds.

If you know about ejuice, then you should know that VG is all about less throat hit and more clouds, and PG can provide more throat hit and less visual vapor (clouds).

As someone who makes his own ejuice, I add more PG to my juice for more throat hit. I don't need to sub-ohm to get the vaping satisfaction needed. A coil build between 1 to 1,5 ohms is good enough for me for good throat hit, and battery life, as long as I have my own ejuice with my own balance of PG/VG.

I know that some vapors use VG only ejuice and for those, sub-ohm is needed to get good throat hit. Don't forget about the type of juice being vaped, and how that can be factored in with your coil builds. Some claim more flavor with sub-ohm. And others claim more flavor with a 2,0 ohm build.

Everybody's different when it comes to vaping. And I'm glad we have our options to set up any kind of ohm coil we like. We cannot do that with a cigarette.

I am not a cloud chaser. And I don't need extreme sub-ohm set ups. I enjoy vaping, and I am able to achieve the satisfaction, even at 1,5 ohms at 10 Watts...sometimes more, sometimes less. And I am from Southern CA.

Ok, just to clarify my opinion in this, well I don't care how people vape, what I do care about is that the module can support 35 watts (and maybe more) but imeo is limiting it to 25 watts for single battery. My argument here is that if this is going to be sold as a modder's module on its own, we shouldn't limit the watts on it like that because there are many batteries that can go very safely to 20 amps and a lot more to more than that (26650 batteries). I don't care for how long will it take to change the batteries or how big the mod will be. My argument is clear: Is it safe and feasible to vape at 35 watts with 1 battery? YES there are batteries that support this and more.

At the end of the day it is imeo's decision, he designed the thing and he is the one who decides for it how to be used.

Ha, nice one. I don't know why you disagree, If you agree that it is safe to push the 14500 AW IMR battery to 15 watts and current withdraw of 3.5-4.5 amps, I don't see why it is unfeasible to push the Samsung 20R of the Sony VTC4-5 to 8.5 - 11 amps at 35 watts.
No hard feelings too friend :)

soooooo.... the proteus will be ready soon?:) will i be able too push a button and vape my penny?:)

i am getting nervous that im going to have to start doing math to remain a member of the GG family.:) i hate math:)

simplicity rules! sub ohm and exotic vaping is very cool ,a fun novelty experience and i have nothing bad to say about it. its just not part of my world. i love gg because of its simplicity and flexibility.

this was fun reading this thread the past few pages though. learned a lot!
