Thank you so much. I'd appreciate that.
Drip tips are the one area I am not really having a good time with. Most sites only show a pic of the front, let you know if it's wide mouth or a shorty but I've not come across anything like yours and I want one!!!! :D

I've also been on the hunt for a white drip tip - more on the lines of the C.I.A but it seems you can only purchase these items thru Facebook. I thought CapItAllVapes had an online store. Would've never thought FB.

What do they look like and what are the tips made of? I'm ashamed of how many tips I know where to find - just ask zbeast,

I got verified for Paypal years and years ago and was glad for it ever since.

A lot of sites now allow you to pay through Paypal and I like not having to give my card numbers directly to a bunch of different sites.

I can't fathom how anyone couldn't have PayPal by now. I use it for all manner of things. Don't think I'd want to try and operate without it.

best regards, larry mac

Now that's a good idea, but I will hold off for now, because last month I blew my vape budget for 3 months. :)

You have to give PayPal your bank information to ONE account. Start a savings account at your bank with 100 dollars in it. Give PayPal the account number, they send you two small transactions which you tell them (PayPal) the amount of, and then you are a verified PayPal member, then you can apply to be verified with Joker.

I have a PayPal account and have used it for over 4 years to buy various stuff. The difference, it seems, that when I "checkout" to buy something, I manually put in my credit card number. I do not have one on file, I don't have a PayPal credit card nor do they have my checking/banking account info.

You can make purchases thru PayPal w/out giving them or storing with them all your private info.

I got verified this year and I don't remember giving all this info either. I did use PayPal and you do have to be verified in PayPal as they use this to know you have a bank account/credit card tied to your PayPal account. If I had to jump through hoops, I wouldn't have got verified.

They don't ask for anything like that. I've been verified a long time, but I think what happened was I sent Joker a PM with my user name on eBay and he looked at my buyer/seller rating and approved me. I didn't provide any banking info. I imagine going through PayPal is similar. Think about all of the members on ECF, where the heck would they keep that much banking info if they did collect it? lol!

ETA: Keep in mind that the classys are an expensive place to play.

You guys are making me feel guilty for not completing the glass drip tips I made... LOL! Maybe I'll get them done tonite so I can show them off:).

I have a question about dripping attys!!!!! This has been driving me NUTS!

I bought 2 bridgeless atty's to test juices from Discount Vapers. They look just like the one in the pix Ocelot posted. I dripped a few drops in... vaped... and tasted... absolutely nothing. Then I added more juice... it fizzles and pops... but the flavor is still almost nothing.

I KNOW I did something wrong... but I can't figure out what... there's not enough wick to need saturation in one of those???

So just to be clear that I understand what I SHOULD be doing... here's what I thought the process was:
1. drip 3-5 drops in atty
2. screw it into the battery
3. stick a mouthpiece on it
4. vape

Is there more to it than this? Are they supposed to sit a long time? Washed first and wetted? What?

Oh, duh. Sorry, I'm a little slow sometimes. Angie, here's what you do: with most pre-paid cards, you can go to a website or something and put in your name and address and stuff, and they will send you a card with your actual name on it. What it does with most cards is set up a sort-of-kind-of bank account for you, dedicated primarily to just loading your prepaid card, right? Well, if you call the customer service or go to the website for the pre-paid card, you can get the routing number and account number for that pre-paid card account. I used this info to get my paypal verification instead of my regular checking account information, so if you are uncomfortable giving out your checking account number or whatever, this may be an option for you. I don't know if this is the same with all pre-paids, but I have an Emerald Card from H&R Block, and it worked just fine. Hope that helps.

Oce & Co have more experience than me, but that's basically the process I use. What juice are you trying and what voltage? If it's too low, like using a tank, you won't get the flavor. Did you go too low since you had the popping before? It's trial and error to find the sweet spot for a juice. Maybe crank it up a bit?

Low?? I was trying them with an Ego-Twist. They are so little... so I thought I should try them with something low power. Should I be putting them on one of my Provaris??? I haven't even tested them since I got the Provari, just threw them in a drawer and forgot them til now. Maybe that's the problem, I didn't have enough power? What do you set your volts for for a bridgeless dripper??

Depends on the resistance of the dripper. I'd throw it on the Provari, check the ohms, add two to the number and use that as a starting point, adjust up or down to taste.

Did you blow them out prior to using them? Many times attys have pg, vg or a mix in them for storage/shipment to keep them from drying out. It you didn't blow them out and just put drops in, the flavors will certainly be muted for awhile.

It's best not to store attys dry. A drop or two of unflavored or whatever flavor you plan on using in the future is fine. That said, I am very bad at cleaning things. I often just put the atty in a box when I'm switching things around. Not too long ago I found an atty in an altiods box that had to have been in there 8+ months. I doubt it's ever been cleaned and had some juice left over from whenever I last used it. I didn't even rinse it out - just added a couple of drops and it vaped just fine.

ETA: You might want to skip the bridgeless for now. It can be easier to experiment with how many drops to put in and how long they last when, dealing with a device that holds more liquid (in the mesh). That's just my take on it.

I didn't know anything was off topic in the saloon. Just as long as we mention ProVari, ProVari, ProVari.

Are you using tubing to make your drip tips? I was wondering how you're doing the base part. Are you grinding grooves in for the rubber o-rings after? Not that I plan to make any to sell but I might want to try to make a few for myself.

Ok, thanks!!! Sorry for the off-topic:p.

Hi Susan, I'm going to manually grind the drip tips ends on a grinder... they aren't flawless, I threw them together to test, but the ends are completely baffling me, so til I figure out HOW to mold them (and I know they are moldable, since that's clearly how others are doing it here), I'm going to painstakingly hand grind and eyeball the fit for the tests, mostly to get a feel for the shape.

I've been putting it off because that makes each one as time consuming as shaping an opal to fit a setting, except larger and with more precision required. I made them in boro, but am starting to think that soft glass, as others have been selling here, may be far faster and economical, with far more color options.... soon as I figure out how to mold the bottoms.

Speaking of tubing, I bought 9mm tubing for drip tips... but to get the grove in there for the silicone o-ring, once again, am looking at molding the insert anyway. Til I got the tubing, I didn't even realize how TEENY TINY drip tips are. That's really laziness, my juice blending tests and equipment research have literally sucked up all my glass time lately:).

I never thought about molding them. I wonder is one of those glass molds for frit can be used. I've never used those so I don't know if the pieces come out shiny or not. Seems like one of those glass mold companies would be able to make a mold.

Are you kidding me? People are using soft glass? I'd be afraid of breakage even though they don't get hot enough to break, soft glass is still more breakable. I would never sell one out of soft glass.

I was thinking that some jacks might work to put the grooves into the base but since I don't have a pair and don't plan to buy one just to see if it "might" work.
