Not naming names, but look around the forum:).

Soft glass should be fine for a drip tip tho. It's not the hot end, nor is it the tank. There isn't the need for the mouthpiece to be chemical, heat, shock resistant. And while soft glass isn't as strong, you are talking about a tiny bit of glass. At that small size, even soft glass is hard to break, plus, it's so much more malleable than boro, you can get way more creative with shapes.

I have Jacks, in nearly every size. But you don't even need jacks, tungsten tweezers would do it. The problem is melting the TEENY little tube and not deforming it, while being molten enough to groove it using tiny tubing.

I guarantee you they are molded, or you can't get a precise enough round to seal, even with an O-ring. We just have to figure out how to mold it:p.

2 on the left are ridgeless 2 on right have ridges - they're SS, Brass/Teflon.

Well, this is annoying. I've found places that have (or had), all of whom are in L.A., none of whom sell from a website:

Capitall Vapes - Long Beach (they don't appear to have a B&M, but the other two do)
vape and juice - the garment district
The. Vape. Unit - Monterey Park

Thank you Oce. I appreciate your help. I came across VJ and TVU when I began searching for these particular tips only to discover it was a dead end.
I just ended up going back on FB to Cap It All Vapes page and clicking the order form. They're selling these for $25 each.

I haven't done a lot of research as I'm just fine with metal tips but it would be cute to have an original design. Thanks for the tips!!

OUCH! You really like the look that much? I'm not above spending that price on a drip tip, but for me it would have to be less "industrial" looking - but again, that me. This is my latest I just spent how much for a little tiny thing to suck on?

That is a fine piece of work right there... it's made from a striped cane, and blown. Borosilicate too.

Would you mind taking a closeup of the base for me and Susan, Princess Ocelot? Just curious how they handled that:).

*snicker* Statements like this remind me that at heart, I am still in junior high.

Yes I do. Like juices, drip tip are also subjective.
This one here you just bought, I'd have skipped right past it cause it doesn't appeal to me.

I will, but not tonight, it's too dark in here.

ETA: The tip was made by Envision, but I bought it from a different vendor (I don't like the way Envision lumps everything together and I can't tell what the shapes are). Anyway, in some of the pictures when you zoom in you can see the bottoms. It's just a straight tube of clear glass. There are two "o" rings, but I can't tell without looking at it when it's light, if the rings are just sitting on the glass or if there are indentations to hold them.

Yeah, we want to see the bottom part really close up. Love the colors.

Other than a couple of special brass ones, I haven't seen many tips that suit me, either. That's why I'm going to try my hand at making some more to my taste. I mean, I like the feel of some of the ones I use just fine but they aren't "stylin'" enough, know what I mean?

Most of the ones that came with my RBAs have been replaced. I don't know who thought a wide body drip tip was ideal for people whom the interior of their mouth is small. I have no desire to vape on a baseball bat.
My problem is just as you said, "stylin'". It MUST catch my eye. Hell, I'm the same way buying sneakers. LOL!!!

I'm easy as far as drip tips, I guess. I don't really care for the...what's the word...feel I guess of metal or glass, a cheapie delrin(?) ming and I'm pretty much happy. I have this mental thing with metal drip tips, even though they probably have no effect on taste, I imagine they make it taste metallic, and glass just makes me nervous. I knock my mods over WAY too often to have glass on the tip.

See, and I LIKE the feel of the metal ones and don't detect a metal taste at all. I HATE the acrylic or plastic ones.

I think the glass ones would be okay (I'm still waiting on some brass and pyrex tips to be delivered) but my personal taste isn't for the hand blown ones. Which is sort of odd since I love hand blown glass.

I've never seen a blown drip tip in person... and photos of them typically only show the top, usually stuffed into a tank. Even photos of the bottom, you can't generally tell whether it's indented or not because they all have O-rings. I was just going by the plastic/metal bottoms I have, which all have either 1 or 2 indents for the O-rings. So knowing that would be really helpful:).
