UP in the diner ~~~
* Dude ... Ranch *
Buttermilk-Ranch Chicken with Mashed Carrots and Roasted Green Beans ... An enterprising rancher in Santa Barbara, California, served a seasoned buttermilk dressing to his guests in the early 1950s and it wasn't long before its popularity exploded. Not just for dressings and dips, enjoy ranch's seasoning potential in a chicken dish you won't soon forget. The flavor doesn't end with the chicken. Fresh roasted green beans and carrot mash provide the perfect accompaniment. Bon Appetit

Our recent discussion about button top bats and @ENAUD you mentioned buying a P3 for if/when these bats are not available and @Hobbs you posted a photo above of your P3…all this got me thinking. Please bear with me because I'm not familiar with P3s.

So I gather P3s take flat tops. Right? And as far as I know minis didn't naturally come in P3 form. Still right? If so far so good does that mean I could have Bill change one of my minis to a P3? If that is a yes I too would have a mod or two for flat tops if need be.

Sure hope these are not dumb questions.

I use button top 18350 and 18490 in my P3 just because that's what I have in 18350 and 18490 ... however comma ... I use flat top 18650s in the P3s. So I think both button and flat should work in the P3. Someone check me because I don't have flat top 18350 or flat top 18490.

I ordered that Mini pictured above, from ProVape with the ProVape P3 cap option ($20 extra) ... however comma ... the circuit board is still a 2.5 circuit board so I only use button top batteries in it.

Bill should be able, if he has the parts, to change a tapered cap to a P3 cap no problem. The main issue with batteries will still depend on if he changes the circuit board as well or not. If he does not swap out the circuit board for a P3 board ... then you will still need to/should use button top batteries in 2.5 and Mini 2.5.

At least that's the way I understand it based on limited experience as it were ... but e-mail Bill.
