Funny game, isn't it? Go to the tee box and set the ball on a tee. You hit the ball. You find the ball and hit it again. And again and again. That's what you are supposed to do. Hit the ball. And the person that does what they are supposed to do the most often? They lose.I won the prize for Biggest number of hits, or strokes or whatever and it was a bottle of wine and they did not know what to do (I was like 15) so they gave it to my dad and he did not share. I EARNED that bottle.

Hey Now!!!Good call AT!! My wife likes that one too.
I can remember when those novelty songs were current, and sadly, how much I liked them. My sense of music hopefully has developed since then. Looking back, it's pretty amazing that stuff like that could become big hits - Purple People Eater, Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini, Does Your Chewing Gum Lose its Flavor on the Bedpost Overnight...
But clicking on that link brought me to a possible epiphany - Was that song the first rap song? Seriously - little or no melody, spoken words not sung, just a beat to move the song along. I am boggled at the thought.
Since we're all into introspection today, I'll offer my own. I now believe I know nothing.
