Ha Ha..two rides today...twenty three miles total...not even a little tired...tell me again mr. FDA man exacery why the vapes are bad?!?!?! miracle...nothing more, nothing less, the vapes were and are a living miracle in my own life experience :)

Meanwhile, NBC News has a story today that will make vapers see red. I refuse to link it, but it can be found if one really wishes to find it. Not too difficult (smh).

Man !!! ... I wish Doug @ Molehill Mountain Art was still turning tips. I MUCH prefer wooden tips to delrin, plastic, metal, whatever. And not just any wooden tip ... the one's Doug made. Least I have enough to go around, but I'd still be getting tips if he made them. Said he had 600 species of wood on hand. Think I'm missing a few.

Chicken ... Salt and pepper both sides of the boneless chicken breasts. Tablespoon (or so) of Olive Oil in the pan. 7 minutes on each side in a cast iron skillet heated up on to medium heat.

The flavors are delicious together. Tangy mustard, sweet apricot preserves, nutty parmesan and the buttermilk dill. SOooo dang good.

Oh, the Zucchini, Potatoes and Shallot ... Baked in the oven, all in one pan, 400 for about 25 minutes, until things start to brown up. I went 31 minutes in my oven at 405 but everyone's different.

Recipe says 3/5 oz of butter ... that's about 2 pats of butter.

link worked fine...I'm pretty handy at improvising recipe's...tell me what's in it and I can usually work out the ratios by feel...excepting of course, pastries cakes breads and such.

BTW, that seems to be an awesome service and meal provider...lot's of diversity, and creative selections. A lot of days I find it hard to come up with something different and enticing...they seem to nail it time and time again, the power of teamwork:thumb:
