figured I'd share my experiences with Puresmoker.com so far

I just ordered from this site, got what appeared to be a standard auto email saying "your order has been received" this is where it stopped being like any other business I've ever dealt with read on XD

Next thing I know, I have an email from the owner/operator of the site, saying that they would ship the order as soon as my e-check cleared, I thought to myself, wow, I figured that, but wow actually took the time to write a custom email to let me know, impressive.... it doesn't end here...

Next thing I know, I have a message on the forums, basically saying the same thing, just making sure I got the first one. I cannot believe this company can actually take the time to do this level of customer support, its unheard of this day and age, but seriously makes me wish that all businesses were run this way XD

if your thinking about buying from somewhere, and your not totally sure if you trust some website for your buying needs, try Puresmoker.com even if its just to see this level of customer support for yourself, I know I'm glad to have seen it.

Added bonus, prices seem to be the lowest I could find.

Prestontiger... thats because puresmoker.com is the only website in the world owned by the only split personality person (steve and cashmere) in the world who has identical personality lol jk.. From my understanding and talks with Cash, I have gotten this... He thought long and hard about what he would personally look for in a site/store. When ordering from the internet you usually are nothing but a number and a box with an address. With his site you basically just got transported back to the time when you would walk into a department store and have somebody wait hand and foot on you and not stop until you are so happy. Until your happy they are not. And you can do this in your underwear if you so please lol... I personally dont but hey i cant see you either can puresmoker. If shopping in your underwear will make a great experience better then please be my guest lol.. Prices are great because he wants your experience with e cigs to be great. He knows that many people get turned off to e smoking because of alot of problems. If i could not use my e smokes half the time i would say screw it too!!! He ships fast because he like all of us cant wait weeks for their new toys!!! If his products were available in a store right next door to my house for the same price i would still order from him on his website just for the experience and the service...

This subject has been beaten to near-death, but Steve has been so great answering questions and helping me so much with my order. Like stated before with other members, he's sent me more than one notification of my order details and just gave great customer service in general, I can't say enough good about the guy!

Of course I had to order on Thursday at midnight before a holiday weekend, so I gave myself a 4 day wait for a 2 day order lol. It's supposed to come today I've been up all night waiting for it (couldn't sleep; so excited :) ) and smoked my last cig so hope it gets here soon haha!

I asked him if it would be more efficient to get 2 starter kits of the mini e-cig or 1 stater kit and various replacement parts for about the same cost. He brought up that some people don't think about getting another charger when ordering more batteries and such with the first order, so he suggested getting the 2 starter kits (the charger is the most expensive of his basic line-up of parts, not to say it's not a good price but it is a little more than the other parts) and save a bit of money in the long run. Figured I'd put out that bit in case anyone else had similar inquiries :)

Basically, couldn't ask for anyone more willing to help and give genuinely good service, I hope it gets him far - he really deserves it!

Will comment on the actual product when it gets here. Will make it brief though...don't think it'd be any different than what's been said already lol!
 
Chick brings up a good point--I've always only used the penstyles; when I decided to try out the DSE901s (mini), I thought "why buy a starter kit? I'll just buy the components separately and save myself some cash!"

(Er...you don't. It's cheaper to buy the starter kit on Puresmoker.)

I still almost didn't, I thought I'd just use the same battery charger for my mini that I use for my penstyle, after all, I have 3 of 'em...I'm glad I bought the mini starter kit anyway, as the batteries don't fit in the penstyle charger!

Got my first e-cigs, had my questions (which I never thought I'd ask after lurking on here since May non-stop!) very impressed, the orange mini is a whistler, the green is quiet - both putting out nice amounts of vapor..getting used to the PG version of Nicotine now, but the taste is ok, getting better as I drag on, easy to drag as well. Loads of carts, great deal, everything in working order...and Steve to answer all my newbie questions lol!!
He's really been great, he's got a customer for life the way everything's going!!

WOW! Steve is awesome. He was so helpful and I was really happy with my package that arrived yesterday. He added extras that I didn't know I would need. The quality of the cigarette far surpassed the one I got from Hong Kong that quit after a few hours. I bought the black one with a blue led light. My first evening with the new e-cigarette, I had others try it and so far, 3 more people are going to visit Steve's site to check it out. Im sure Steves great customer service will win them over too. My husbands friend who smokes 3 packs of menthol a day even said he could live with the e-cigarette and quit smoking real ones....yeah! My husband tried nabbing on the extra e-cigarette I got but I wouldn't let him cuz I need the extra charging while I use the 1st one...My husband didn't express any interest in changing to e-cigarettes until I got mine. Well, his birthday is coming,,,great way to give him the gift of health :D

I am very pleased with my whole experience with puresmoker/Steve/Cash. With Iowa Winter coming Im sure I will be able to send more peeps to Steve too.

Im trying the different cart flavors and still have yet to find the one I will use. I was smoking the Marlboro Virginia Blend and those were really smooth...so the quest has begun.

I have 3 regular cigarettes left....not going to buy more and hope by then I find my flavor.

Well, you guys convinced me. I ordered a mini from Steve. Then, deciding that wasn't enough, went back and placed a second order for a pen and two boxes of carts (Yeah, I know I should buy another charger or two and an atomizer, but I don't want to get TOO crazy with my first try).

Only real complaint is paypal. I don't think it's really possible for me to change my order, so instead I placed two separate orders and got charge $10 S&H twice. No big deal, though.

It IS a big deal! No way you should have to pay $20 shipping for something that doesn't cost that much to ship! If this ever happens again, go ahead and place the 2nd order, and before paying, shoot me a quick email. I can than adjust the order and send back to you without shipping charges so you only have to pay for shipping once!

Because the transactions have already been completed, I will go ahead and send you an additional charger on the house :)

oh, wow. That's awesome. It definitely seems like the praise is well deserved. I've ordered a lot of stuff online, but I've never had someone do something like that.

Stuff like this causes repeat customers! Let's just hope these e-cigs are to my liking (I really, really hope they are. I want to dump 'real' cigarettes).

I think Steve really goes the extra mile, promptly answers emails, very fast shipping, and just offered to replace an atomizer for my mini that fried. I believe it was my fault too as I ran out of carts and were really sucking them dry! And his customer service has paid off, after ordering the 2 mini's i just ordered his new pen style! Thanks again Steve!

I got yesterday the black Pen style from Puresmoker. My first impression, that pen rocks.
Not only that it looks awesome, it performs like a champion! Plenty of smoke, easy to "smoke". I have to say the best Pen style I ever tried! I filled one Cartridge with Puresmoker's premium juice and that made it just perfect. Good kick, full textured vapor and a full taste (and that was low nicotine)! It can not get much better than that!
 
OK - I have to say that I had the SAME first reaction as most of the posters here; not only is customer service superior with Puresmoke, but I also had my new mini in my hands in 48 hours!!

I ordered on Tuesday, and received it today (Thurs). Now it's my very first e-cigarette, so I don't have anything with which to compare it, but my first thought was how REAL the smoking sensation was. Now I know you guys call that a "throat hit."

I must say I'm sooo happy that I chose this as my first, because after reading some disappointing stories from other brands, it looks like I hit a winner the first time! Wooo Hooo!!

Then I thought, hang on a sec, Juli- could you smoke it for a few hours before getting so excited and posting (on the puresmoke website, I thought). You never know if it's going to keep working...

So I waited and in the mean time stumbled into this forum (how fortuitous, eh?) - and I then learn my story, while wonderful to me, is actually the way business is done around here!!

So just call me another happy user of the mini! Mine's black with the green light, and it must have broken in quickly, because I've had it for 5 hours and she's smokin' - er, vaping just great! Oh yeah - and it came charged, too!!!

Thanks so much for that Steve/Cash!! Made all the difference. :)

I think I'm going to get one in white/blue, too, just because....
