Buschman..I find it takes 11-14 days from Puresmoker to get here in Canada with the majority of the time spent sitting in customs. I also find Monday to be a big day for deliveries. I guess they work throughout the weekend so they have a lot ready to go on Monday. Yours should be there any day now :)

In other news, I finally got to try Cash Cola. Mixed it with a bit of VG and vanilla and daaaaamn it's good.

What on earth has happened to PureSmoker??

No responses to any emails or messages sent via "Contact us" on their website....
Can't order anything from their website due to pull-down menus not working....

....and i'm in big trouble: all my items from PureSmoker are deceased. All stashes of batteries and atomizers for both my pentsyles + my verrrry short-lived e-cigar have gone kaput. 2 of those penstyle atomizers were brand new & untouched (i had put them aside for when needed -only to discover neither one works!)

I have 2 working batteries left from my original NJOY "NCIG" (penstyle) that for some reason outlasted all PureSmoker batteries -but no working atomizers to plug them into.

After growing restless with PureSmoker, i finally returned to the NJOY site ....and to my happy surprise, i discovered that they honor a 1-year warranty on their products!! :) And even though my original order with them was from nearly a year ago: they are still sending me replacements --free of charge & no demands to send in the broken parts!!

Considering NJOY honors a 1 year warranty on their products: i would be a fool not to take my business there. I just wonder how they can warranty their products for 1 year when it's unheard of for any of these parts lasting that long.... (Odd eh?)

Nevertheless: i am still anxiously waiting for PureSmoker to re-open their doors so that i can at least order their delicious e-juice. MUST have Riskee juice! But when will their site be back up and running properly??

It's back up but still evidently completely out of stock. Did anything change?

oh never mind Friday.

Think I just got the last sampler of juice for this round but its not Friday so maybe an order was cancelled and I just got lucky :D

I been going to the site many times in last 24hrs and just now was able to grab 1 sampler high 24mg it wouldnt let me get anything else of any strength.

Also wanted to get free ship & used the coupon code so I wanted to try a vaporizer kit they where all out of stock I kept trying anything and the Pilot came up so I got it and bunch of accessories for it.

Will be my first drip trip LOL...

Njoy can warranty the parts for so long because of their price of admission being so high.
I paid alot more for my Npro than what alot of other people sell them for (including PS).

Njoy is kinda weird though.Last I went there you couldnt buy a spare atomizer from them!

And im disapointed that PS wasnt open untill LATE on the 20th. By the time we could get our group buy together again it was the 22nd. And most of what we needed was sold out again by then.
Had to try out a competitor because we want to do all our shopping Wal Mart style (IE ONE PLACE)

Must agree that the fact that NJOY does not sell spare parts (or e-juice, or a decent variety of flavours, etc) is a serious downfall. Considering how often atomizers & batteries die, i'm still baffled how they can offer a 1 year warranty. Yes, their e-cigs are significantly more expensive, but after replacing dead atomizers every month or two, that 1 yr warranty would pay off quite quickly.

Well, before i "hip hip hurray" too much over the warranty bit: they said they would be shipping my replacement atomizer a week ago and i am still waiting. If it takes them eons to send replacement parts that are under warranty, it may not be worth it. However: if you buy 3 e-cigs to ensure you always have at least one operating one, it may be worth lengthy waits for replacement parts...

In the meantime: Still waiting for that beloved Riskee juice over at PureSmoker.... I will buy his whole stock as soon as i see it become available. LOL!!!

I understand the frustration with bad parts.. and a short warranty! I don't have an Njoy... but Marian (a member of this forum) started her own e-cig company a few months back at: vaporcig.com and offers two types of e-cigs. I purchased one that is her own branded 801 pen style called a Vapor 1000. Marian offers a LIFE-TIME warranty on her atomizers.. and 1 year on batteries. Like so many of the e-cigs when brand new, hers haven't been totally without problems, but the customer service and replacement time have been TOP 10 in my book! I'm really happy with Marian's company.. and plan to be a long time customer. I would honestly rather pay just a little bit more for an e-cig with a long warranty.. than to keep putting out more and more on spare parts! Not to say that I won't USE any other e-cigs... but I love having at least ONE that I can count on not needing 100 extra parts for!!
