Well I have a spare atomizer on the way now.So if/when my njoy one craps out,im still vaping!
njoy IMO needs to do a MUCH better job explaining that the atomizers are basically a wear item.Theres not even instructions on maintience for them.
Doing some rough math, I would need to go through about 3 atomizers in a year to recoup the added initial money I shelled out.
Which certainly is possible.

Must agree that the fact that NJOY does not sell spare parts (or e-juice, or a decent variety of flavours, etc) is a serious downfall. Considering how often atomizers & batteries die, i'm still baffled how they can offer a 1 year warranty. Yes, their e-cigs are significantly more expensive, but after replacing dead atomizers every month or two, that 1 yr warranty would pay off quite quickly.

Well, before i "hip hip hurray" too much over the warranty bit: they said they would be shipping my replacement atomizer a week ago and i am still waiting. If it takes them eons to send replacement parts that are under warranty, it may not be worth it. However: if you buy 3 e-cigs to ensure you always have at least one operating one, it may be worth lengthy waits for replacement parts...

In the meantime: Still waiting for that beloved Riskee juice over at PureSmoker.... I will buy his whole stock as soon as i see it become available. LOL!!!

Same here, still not shipped and no response from puresmoker. Im patient, but do expect communication.

For anyone that might not have seen it, Steve addressed the communication issues in a new post, sounds like they're focused on trying to get the orders out:

Update on Huge Weekend Last Weekend (March 20th - 22nd)

Hey Guys,

Just an update ...

All orders from the 20th are pretty much done, 21st should be done by this evening, and the rest of the weeks done by tomorrow.

We apologize about the delay. We are pumping these out as fast as physically possible (thus the reason I have not been online lately)

We used to use click and ship via USPS and could pump out roughly 140 - 150 per day. We are now integrated with Endicia (took 2 days to get it right) and can now roughly pump out about 250 - 275 orders per day.

We are continuing to try and streamline everything. The bottle neck was the labels.

For those emails and PM's that have gone unanswered, we will be catching up on them this evening. For those wondering shipping status, you may not get a reply, because our best guestimate is just as good as yours. Try and base your shipping off the above.

Thanks Guys and Gals,
Steve

I understand the frustration with bad parts.. and a short warranty! I don't have an Njoy... but Marian (a member of this forum) started her own e-cig company a few months back at: vaporcig.com and offers two types of e-cigs. I purchased one that is her own branded 801 pen style called a Vapor 1000. Marian offers a LIFE-TIME warranty on her atomizers.. and 1 year on batteries. Like so many of the e-cigs when brand new, hers haven't been totally without problems, but the customer service and replacement time have been TOP 10 in my book! I'm really happy with Marian's company.. and plan to be a long time customer. I would honestly rather pay just a little bit more for an e-cig with a long warranty.. than to keep putting out more and more on spare parts! Not to say that I won't USE any other e-cigs... but I love having at least ONE that I can count on not needing 100 extra parts for!!

LIFETIME WARRANTY????

I went to take a look at the site to see it with my own eyes, and wow... Yes, there it is in black & white: lifetime warranty on atomizers!!
(Batteries are warrantied for only 6 months -not one year. But that is still a long warranty :))

So, i assume you have experience with getting replacement atomizers or parts from Marian....?
Do you have to first ship the "dead" part back before receiving the replacement, or does she send the replacement part immediately upon reporting it?
Do you have to pay any shipping costs for replacements?
How quick is her shipping?
And how long is the wait from the time you report a dead part to receiving the replacement?

I am still waiting for NJOY to send my replacement atomizer & just sent them an email asking for the status on it. (It's been nearly 2 weeks now).

If i have to wait much longer, maybe i will try Marian's e-cigs and see which company is quicker and smoother with honoring their warranties & sending replacements. I was very happy that NJOY was so quick to respond that they will send a replacement atomizer with no demands of me to return my dead atomizer first. But, i'm still waiting for that replacement. Tick tock, tick tock....

Most of my money is spent on atomizers & batteries, and i'm sadly hesitant to buy any more stuff from PureSmoker. 2 brand new & unused atomizers i bought from him did not work at all, but I didn't discover this until later because i put them aside for when i needed them ...and of course by then it was past his 14 day warranty period. So, i did not bother him about that. I've bought numberous other parts from PureSmoker and had problems pretty quickly with all of them while my NJOY penstyle parts outlasted every last one of PureSmoker's.

It seems that ever since i started to experience problems with PureSmoker's products, i stopped receiving the amazing customer care i used to experience with him. In fact, i no longer receive any responses at all -even with inquiries regarding placing orders.

I consider myself a very easy & humble customer to deal with, and always express my gratitude for great customer service. But at the same time, i am not wealthy. It's time i need to be a more conscientious consumer rather than a "loyal customer." Even if PureSmoker's customer service remained awesome, i just can't afford the costs of buying new atomizers and batteries every month or 2.

However, I will probably always be a loyal consumer of PureSmoker's e-juice (assuming they ever get it back in stock) despite their weakened customer service. His Riskee juice is to die for! :D

I also do lots of shopping with Steve & Puresmoker... and plan to continue! :D
