I guess I'm confused. I would like to order a Protege but it says on your site that if something is not in stock don't order it because it only mucks up your system. Yet all these people seem to be on a pre-order list and getting their products based on an order number. How did they get in line?

I'm a noob so if this question seems dumb, well I guess it is. This probably isn't the right thread for this but I can't start new topics yet.

I like the idea of supporting somebody from my area and wish you guys the best.

You can order the Protege. It just wont be ready ofr a couple of weeks.
They're in the middle of another run. You'll be on the pre-order list and your unit will go out in ticket order. Go ahead and order it, you'll love it.. This will be the second run..

It's the Prodigy you can't order right now.
It's in the re-design phase. This will be ver 1.2 or something.. May even be v2 :lol:
They're trying to find a place to mount the Mizmo beam and Teleporting switches :eek:)

When you trying to order something like the Prodigy (which isn't available to order) you'll get the yellow yeild sign. And if it's liquid you wont be able to pick a bottle size or strength. Anything else will have an estimated lead time under the product your trying to order.
If you wanting some juice (or something that is in stock) right now and want to preorder a protege make them two seperate orders. If you put it all on one order nothing will ship until everythings ready.

As far as supporting PS, you couldn't pick a better bunch of people and the machines are second to none (imho)

I'm sure they will get them out to us as soon as possible. I think the switch problem was on the first batch, and they have fixed that problem. Plus they have the guarantee that they will fix it for you.
I just don't know if shipping out the proteges will be 2 to 3 weeks from the 13th of Oct. like it said on the twitter thing. Or 2 to 3 weeks from the time you place your order. Anyway, I'm sure they are working their butts off to get stuff out to us all.

I'm sure they're not holding them back for fun :) But thanks for the switch info. I looked around and found where they saw what the problem was and appeared to have addressed it. With all the reports here, it made me wonder. I understand the guarantee but I'd hate to wait now 3 weeks only have to send it back and wait again, like a few have had to do.

I cant cancel my order Order#: 20975

I have waited as of oct 15 its oct 27 im not that in love .. Please cancel my order.. i would do it on your website but that option is not available. From what i have read, your not even close to shipping.. sounds like you have more sales than you know what to do with anyway. Good luck to you i may be back for a order later in life.. thanks
