APOLLO E2 900mah Battery
To my surprise the little battery handles the E2 6ml tank very well so far. At my vape rate I expect to get about 6 hours of vaping from it, I get about 8 -10 hrs, from a 1600 mAh battery. All things considered, I'm impressed with the battery and it's a nice looking unit and comfortable in the hand. I think I'd prefer a lower ohm coil for this battery even though it would require charging more often.

I had to stand in the yard & wave the mailman down & ask for my package ...but he had it !!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this color & finish !! The shape & weight feel GOOD too.
And it is VAPING GREAT !! No dry hits or flavor issues at all ...only had it 'bout an hour so far tho.
I did open it up & pull cup off coil & drip 2 drops down* in there as I always do ...& dripped some drops down both sides,on the wicks ...b-4 I gave up & pulled dropper off bottle & just poured all the juice (5ml)in there put cap & top back together & VAPED !!!
I chain Vape .... drip tip (using a chrome one) & tank is getting warm ...but not to HOT, will be great in the winter
* I left the extra long wick in there,
cuz they must feel it is important or it would not be there & I can always remove later if necessary .
I'll report back if any thing changes ....but on initial usage this thing ROCKS !!

one question tho ................is it too early to ask if I can have another one ....

Booo.... my package was out for delivery today and never showed up, Also I placed an order from a vendor in NYC on Thursday at 2pm and that is still not here either, no new toys for me today.

This was an item we thought had potential but the first four of these I opened to take a product picture had cracks in them. Even if its ALPHA we won't pass along a product that puts you behind the 8 ball from the get-go. So what we are going to do is offer this for FREE. Place any order with at least one ALPHA product in it and mention you would like the E3 replaceable eGo clearo (so that I know that you are ALPHA, please do not say you are ALPHA and I have to spend time looking you up! The order has to have an ALPHA product in it). These were not cheap but we will have to bite the bullet on this one.
We would still like the feedback as we will be contacting the manufacturer on this and see what's up. The E3 Replaceable is similar of course to our Stardust but is longer by about a half inch and holds 2.0 ml. We got 50 of these in so if I do not send you one and you asked, we probably ran out - please no tickets : )
WHO ELSE DOES THIS,NO ONE, FREE E3 with any alpha purchase, others are charging 7.99 for one, but we are giving them away with any alpha purchase, read dans rules and enjoy.
Well, what an interesting evening. I'm not unhappy with anything I got today, and I'm trying them all. I've got the scorpion on the rocket, my supportive hubs filled it and it sat for 3 hours before I got home. I gotta say, after reading your reviews, that I am pleasantly surprised. No dry hits at all as of yet. I'm vaping a 70 pg 30 pg mix. It's pretty thick, and working well in all 3 devices, Apollo, rocket, and eLips. Shocking, really.
Ok. The eLips. Love the form and hand feel, vapes well, right off the bat. Hate the charging connection, I had to prop it to keep it charging. Flavor is muted somewhat. Size is right for work.
I like the rocket, but it's definitely not going to work or in the public. It is bright green and to my mind, looks like a toy. But at least initially, it's working well. Seems a tad fragile.
The Apollo -what a pretty thing! I have a green tank and a black battery. The green batteries were out. Like others have said, the drip tip feels loose, and it did taste funky at first, but has settled down. It's heavier than I expected. The two-tone looks oddly okay. Flavor is better than the eLips, but not as good as the scorpion on the rocket.
And now I have an over-vape headache, but what an enjoyable evening, and I really and truly find the alpha program fun.

With the previous revision of the E1 and E3, they were identical except for the tube. So, if that design stays true, you can use the tube from the E1 on these, and have a second E1. So, if anyone can verify this, it may be a good idea to grab an E1, when getting your freebie.
So, I gotta ask.
Are we going to see the Rocket back in stock any time soon? I am still working out the kinks on my account so that I can place an order. I am very excited for all of it, but am wondering if I should work a mod in to the budget. I am looking at the Sole elipse and an Apollo lavalamp style battery for my first reviews.

I just finished up reading all of the posts in the thread. I really enjoy the community feel of this thread, I like the pet loving, the positive energy, the encouragement to try soldering, the good insight, the lack of kissyface, the open feeling. This reminds me of the good old days when I could almost keep up with all of the ECF. I think I'm going to like it here!
I saw some about me threads and thought I'd chip in.
I've been married 5 years and am convinced I am the luckiest man in the universe. I am a training and development specialist (teacher for grown ups, not a fitness coach) for a bank so I talk all day and like helping people reach "aha" moments. I love my two dogs and get along well with cats despite being allergic to them. I have been vaping for just over 2 years and had my last cig at that time. I quit smoking based on a promise to my Grandfather before he passed away from cancer. I have gotten my mom and her husband on to vaping and off of death sticks because I love them both. I have converted about 4 others, introduced hundreds to ecigs by contact and conversation at work or out and about. I learned to stop being an evangelist about vaping and let them come to me, it works better.
I follow lots of vapers on Twitter and like many stores on FB besides my ECF activity. I am a member of the Colorado Vaping Enthusiasts and have been to a meet here as well as a meet with the Windy City Vapers last year. I have listened to every episode of VaporCast and think those guys are hilarious even if I don't agree with them all of the time. I hated menthol as a smoker and can't put it down as a vaper. I am confused about this last part. You can see my mods in my sig line, so that's enough. Some day, I would love to own a store, but I will full disclose any information if that day arrives in my lifetime, because I have no concrete plans (no contacts, sources, building, business plan, start up money, etc)
I love encouraging new vapers in the forums because I always loved when people would get excited with me when I was new.
Ok Enough about that, I'm always up for questions. I know my way around electronics of many types.

So after a weekend with the SOLE...
I'm a bit unsure why these are in the Alpha section. They work really well...great flavor...great vapor.
The charging situation is a bit iffy...but I have enough plugs that I can just use a plug I already have. Also, if these could be sold pretty cheaply as is...still make a profit...I imagine they would fly off the shelves.
I did have a crooked post in my clearo but it didn't impact me in any way. I would imagine we would want that fixed as it's probably a production line issue.
Always loved the shape of the Ovale Elips...and this just adds a better clearo to the device.
I think that it pretty much would be a great back up device for anyone...or even an out and about device.

I can only speak for me, I think it's helpful to be able to see the types of things that in alpha so you can decide if you'd like to be part of alpha.

I couldn't grab an apollo e2 from here, but I did try another one from a galaxy far far away awhile back. For those getting gurgling, take your drip tip out and check to see if there is some juice under the rim. That was kind of a big issue with the one I have. Had to wipe it out with a tissue every couple hours or so. Not a huge deal. Like Kelley mentioned, but hasn't tried yet, several folks did like it when they took that extra floating wick out. I did take mine out, and cut the big wick down a bit, but haven't tried it since I did, so don't know if I liked that or not. lol The reason I haven't tried it since, is cuz that was when I got my vivi nova in the mail and I haven't hardly used anything else since I got the vivi! So blame the vivi. lol
