I've got vapemail today ( this morning actually... )
Th E3 freebie first.. cracks on the one I got were very minor around the bottom.
I filled it up with the sample of Hush that I got... The draw on this one is similar to a Stardust... the flavor is really good when the coil is kept wet, but even keeping this one tilted all of the time, I often get dry hits even at 3v on my Amigo VV dongle. If I were to make an educated guess... I suspect the coil on mine isn't sitting level in the cup which would explain how others aren't reporting this issue.
On the 5 Piece Rebuildable tank Atomizer CE9...
So far I'm not impressed and I'm currently trying some of the other suggestions that have already been given. At this point, I get a lot of dry hits even after straightening out the coil and wick as well as priming it good... Then after I added some wick through the spike and it did improve but I still needed to vape it slowly and prime a lot but so far it still doesn't keep up and ends up going dry before long.
I need to play with this one more... The amount of wick that I added through the spike was just enough to reach the coil, I need to add more so it will make better contact and be able to transfer more juice. The mod previously mentioned using stainless mesh is intriguing but I'll need to get some ordered in so I can try that later.
So for now... I'm not happy with the performance but I'm not surprised as it is similar to the performance issues I got when I was using an eGo-T with the same type of tank setup. Being a rebuildable makes it worth the effort to find and try out different methods on this one... so for now, it is a wait and see what works and what doesn't on this one.
