SAX REVIEW:

PROS:
The LED's are super cool... nice effect with the cone in the middle
Nice "leathery" feel to bottom part of tank
Very easy to fill
Comfortable draw

CONS:
Mouthpiece will definitely take some getting used to... it's kinda awkward.
Had to force it to thread onto battery
These definitely need pre-washed. First use without pre-washing... horrible chemical taste.

Would I buy another one?... NO, the mouthpiece is very uncomfortable for me.. and I don't like the hassle of a pre-wash.

Pros:
◘ Enjoy the look and feel
◘ Love the mouth piece
◘ Really enjoy the LED
◘ Smooth hit not dry (my meek 5.5w)
◘ 2 mls of juice is good to me

Cons:
◘ Have to prewash
◘ No replacing of the coil have to toss.

I would have 2 or 3 of these on hand for the shock and awe effect.
However I do not see a need to keep a large stash on hand.
I would not be buying often.
Would love to have a 8 colored set as this one is missing purple. (got it in there)
As well as a way to mod my own tank.

SAX

So far the sax is performing very well. After a prewash and a day of drying its been going strong all day. I even took it to work with me today with no problems. I would have to say the only things I do not like about it are 1, you can't rebuild. That seam to be what most others don't like as well.2, and this is not the fault of the sax but I bought this for my e-pipe and I'm using button top batteries. It seems that since you put the batts in upside down the led will not work:( I might have to invest in a flat top.

Norman, Ok
Those buying the Sax Where are you?
Reviews to go here.....

I've been spending my spare cash on e-juice to stock up after finally finding a good ( for me ) tobacco ADV which is extracted from American Spirit tobacco, also needed some TFA Menthol and Koolada to mix with it... other than that, I did get a Smoktech ARO and Tumbler that I picked up to try out a couple of weeks ago.

Right here... holy cow... keep them britches on! I got distracted by the V6 auto (anyway, school started 3 weeks ago and my vape time is really in the cut back mode)

Sax BC LED Enhanced Ego Clearo

A nice little tank in bottom feed form and at 3Ω was cool and flavorful. The size and juice capacity is just right. The LED (mine’s blue) is pretty, but superfluous for me as I guess is the tip. I’ll admit, on the pipe pic by another poster it looked great… a definite fit there.

Looks like no easy rebuild or mod for the Sax. I only got one to try, but the tank and tubes appear to be well sealed… did I mention no leaks? I let it sit on its side for 24 hours and not a drip or gurgle. I’ve had no problems with the Sax and I like it, but a stripped down version without the LED or sax tip would be more appealing for me.

Pros
3Ω - nice and cool
Smooth/flavorful – no dry hits
Good capacity – not overdone
Works great on Vision Spinner VV (hasn’t made it to the eVic yet)
Simple rinse and clean -

Cons
Not crazy about the LED or the tip.
May be a challenge or impossible to rebuild/mod

Heya, long time no see :)

I've gone through a few tanks on the Sax and here's what I've found, which is not in line with other reviews I've read on this thread...

The vape is very cool, not uncommon for bottom coil tanks. I'm getting minimal throat hit and the flavor is pretty muted for me. This is at 4 volts on an iTaste MVP. I've used two different flavors, both at 80 PG, that are normally potent in my iClear 16. I've tried adjusting the voltage up and down some with the same results.

It looks really sweet, though. It would be nice if it came with a non-curved tip so you can switch it if the curved thing isn't working out. I don't mind it but my husband said it would bother him.

Plenty of vapor, I'll give it that.

Sax bc clearo

I've only run a tankful through this little guy, but I'm pleased with the results thus far. I'm typically a top coil vaper; I find bottom coils a little cool, and I find them prone to leaking. That said, the sax is a bit warmer on the vape than, say, a phoenix. Not warm like a top coil, but not as cool as I expected. Plus 1 for the sax. The vapor is fabulous, this little guy produces very well in the vapor category.plus 2 for the sax. The tank is a little small, but that's not a deal breaker when it produces well. Push. I really like the design, I will try to post a pic. Throat hit is evident, but not fantastic, better than some bottom coils I've tried. Plus 1 for the sax. Overall, I give it a thumbs up. It performs well, looks good and doesn't leak. The only place it really falls down is in repairablity. It seems that everything coming out now has replaceable coil units. This would be a definite winner if it were repairable. That said, I will be buying more.
