I just fill a syringe w/ very hot water, fill it upright, followed by a syringe of air. I repeat that 2 or 3 times depending on the juice that was in it.
Haven't had any problems doing it this way. No disassembly, so less chance for me to flux up an otherwise working clearo. :)

I tried that once, thought it was a good idea, only problem is the very hot water messed up the syringe, I get it heated up the rubber piece and made it expand, ever since then, that syringe wouldn't move smoothly and I ended up throwing it away.

i'm using 80-20 PG (or something close to that since I mix it myself and there was not much VG poured in) and still getting dry hits. I can blow through, get a good hit or two and then starts over again, i'm hoping after a few more fills it will get better.

I also notice with the new fill cap system, I fill it upside down, put the rubber piece back on, then put the plastic mouthpiece on and it seems to displace the liquid when I put the mouthpiece on. I usually blow through it to make sure its not flooded.

Well got my C8's yesterday and wanted test it before I gave my opinion on these. They appear to be very well made were easy to fill and the vape flavor is good, did find it works well with the mini PT. Does seem to dry hit some and gurgle some although this seems to be resolved with blowing thru it. No leaking so far, I think it is a nice item but just not something I feel I would use as an all day choice.

Also saw in an earlier post that someone had issues with the Rocket resetting the voltage back to 3.0 from a bad cart/clearo. I just experienced the same problem when using a Phoenix on it, the resistance had changed on it and would not allow me to use it on my Rocket, was able to still use it on my iTaste and other mods, so just put on a new Phoenix and everything is still good to go.

Looking forward to the new items dropping soon, although my bank account isn't really happy with all the stuff I have recently bought, LOL. Thinking its time to ask for a raise or find a better paying job to support my ever growing habit/hobby. Drop those bombs GV I'm ready.

I had my VV Rocket do this yesterday. I was using the ViVi Nova on it, and it had been in my pocket. I tried a few things and quickly found the problem. I unscrewed the tank, then put it back on. Problem resolved. Must have had a poor connection, and the Rocket since and auto set to 3V.

So if you keep getting the reset to 3v, try unscrewing what your vaping. And for good measure remove and reinstall the batteries. I would be curious if this works for anyone else.

My review of the Alpha Program Scorpion Tank

Be kind folks, I am no LordDavon or PBusardo!

I look like an idiot at first looking everywhere except at the camera. LOL

My friend - am I missing something here? Where is the link to the review? :) --Briar

I just tried something new as to a C8 version 3.I just took one that I hadnt cut the wicks on and filled it from top right side up with a 70 pg 30 vg mix and it worked great no leaks no dry hits no dumping just a real good vape.

but has anyone had the cahonas yet to leave it on the battery sitting straight up to test the dumping? They certainly are much easier to fill then the first version and I'm starting to get real nice vape, but i"m not about to test it dumping on my lavatube.

Yes I have had mine standing up on my battery and no dumping or leaking.

cool, I don't really have the guts to test it, but it makes me feel better carrying it to work. I was carrying one c8 v1 to work but i was smoking most of it on the ride there and then I made sure to leave it non upright.

Yep-mine has the off position as well. Didn't realize it till I read this post and tryed it.

Yes, that was me, and I confirmed it again this morning just to make sure, but definitely should be tested out on multiple devices as I've not heard anyone else mentioning their having an OFF function...

EDIT - Oops, rdsok beat me to it! Thanks!
