Ok peeps I dont think I've laid this one down yet so here goes. Alpha, bravo ,charlie, delta 2 niner out.

My poor wee brain can't handle this... ???

Well, ok.

But what did he mean?

Ah... I was too busy just being silly... sorry...

I believe kwalka was sort of doing the same ( being silly ) and just saying goodnight using a bit of NATO phonetic alphabet mixed in with some poetic license... my only real clue is really the "out" and the use of the sleep smily at the end of the so call call sign he made up ( ABCD29 )

Sorry I know, my fault! I was thinking of horsepower vs. torque in my mind at the time and that's why I put power in quotes, but yes I was totally incorrect in proper terminology. :(

I had actually thought you had just messed up when posting that and did know that wattage was power ( based on your previous posts )...

I had done something similar just recently myself... I said something to the effect of going down in ohms would lower the amperage when I know full well it is the other way... sometimes even when our brains know the right answer, our fingers still type it out wrong

That's what I often refer to as drunk finger  They just don't cooperate the way they should....lol

Sometimes I wish alcohol really was my excuse.... usually it isn't. Tonight I didn't even pour a nitecap until after I jokingly mentioned to Briar an hour ago... and I'm still nursing that one and it was only a 4oz mixed one at the most...

Haha, I'm just not doing a good job on here today! :) I do know that wattage is actually the power, but when I typed that I was thinking of the raw power coming out of the wall (not adjusted for resistance), the old electrician expression "It's not the volts that kill you, it's the amps!" and for some reason equating amperage to torque in a car while thinking of how to describe that (most people mistakenly think that horsepower is where the acceleration comes from). So I eventually decided to put the word power in quotes so it would be more of a generic term, but in hindsight that was a bad idea since we were talking technical.

After folks got the Rocket, there were pages and pages and pages full of nothing but stacked battery debate. I was like  I mostly skipped over it unless I saw something I could make fun of  It's just gettin' silly because everything else has been said.

Snort!! I think we all are quite familiar with this part!! lol

I had another of these pinned to my taskbar for months, and the other day I clicked on it and the link was dead for some reason. So thanks for the new link. The name of yours alone makes me feel smarter.

This is 1 of those posts where I'm kidding and serious together. Yep, I'm an oxyMoron.

If we refer back to our little misunderstanding....We will find that it is clearly stated that the use of any type of smiley(improvising the exact wordage) lets the general public know that the OPer is joking or at least not being serious.
I was too tired to remember Echo, foxtrot, g?, heilo?, thats all I got this early.
So since we are all part of the Alpha program, I thought it only fitting that I let the Waltons go for a while and that was the first thing that came to mind when searching for an appropriate kissyface, goodnight to all type of thing. I can certainly see how that could be misconstrued for "what the heck is that?"
I take full responsibility for not clarifying myself better.
FYI, Thanks to all vets for what you do so people like me can sit around and be free to type away at our leisure. I was never in the service, however I do have a great respect for all that were.
