Recently I will be reading a post say in the middle of the page and all of a sudden w/o touching a thing the page will jump to the top or bottom?????

I've had weird page loading issues. I'll start scrolling (up or down) and then it jumps back to the original post. Odd, it is.

I'd guess ( and that is all it is without documention on this ) is that the USB port or USB power supply you are plugging into isn't able to supply enough current ( mah ) to go more than 3v...

Another possibility would be if your atty/carto has too low of an ohm... or is short... I believe my first guess above is the more likely
I have it plugged into a wall adapter rated for 5v and I dont have anything on top of it I was just going to practice upon initial setup b4 I put an atty on it.

Me1969,
I just tried like the fastest gun in the east and got the same result.

I'm going to drag my wife in by the ponytail, caveman style and show her whos boss. No really I am. Come on why dont you believe me. Ok we all know I'd get my .... kicked.

Keep an eye on the current tab at the top or the verbose information in the lower-left of your browser window to see if the page isn't finished loading yet. Some browsers will let you scroll around on the page while it finishes loading, but then when it's done it snaps back to the original place. This is typically caused by an advertisement on the webpage taking forever to load. I've had web pages take a good 30 seconds to finish loading just because of one damn ad on the page somewhere! :( Google Chrome (which I swear by) seems to do this the least, but it still happens on occasion...

HML, How did you mod the scorpion? My 1st fill was nice but refilling caused it to drain into my new Rocket which I love. What setting do you vape it on?
I never could get either of the 2 Scorpions to work. I even tried unflavored PG and VG. I am glad others have had luck with them, but, if memory serves me, it seems close to a 50/50 split in people who liked them and those that didn't. Also, I did find these (not sure if they are exactly the same) for sale by another vendor and the results were about the same. Oh well, I figured out a way to mod them and get them working pretty well in a different configuration, so I am still happy with the purchase. Except the tank on 1 cracked just sitting there empty. Super glue fixed it up for now.

Since USB use 5v... that is a given... but you need to look at what amperage it provides... ( aka the mah )

Thank you for the tips. I dont have advertisements on my forum. Also when the snap thing happens the page is well past finishing loading. I specifically paid attention for the loading thing as that would be a reason.

That was it. The little 'spinner' wasn't finished spinning. When it does, it snaps back to the original place.

Got my pass through today and gonna play later....On a sad note two of my rockets are no longer vaping. One will not power on no matter what I do and the other turns on and I change the voltage and wham it sends the voltage back to 3.0 and refuses to vape BUMMER. I am really not sure why ...well ok just wanted to touch base. Enjoy and happy vaping

Kelly, how on earth have you gottenthe scorpion to work? I ordered 3 and it vaped wonderful first fill then the flood started as it did flood my Rocket all the way through!!! I taped it at the bottom and then I noticed juice coming out of the rocket sides. 2 mls worth. I have cleaned the rocket and it vapes great. Could it be just the first scor. I tried and the others are good?

IDK joeman
I just unscrewed the top filled w/DIY VG juice ....some down the sides of the center tube too
& screwed top back on ...I might have shaken it & probably blew thru it on napkin & put on batt and VAPED !!!

I have 2 ...both worked good no dry hits or leaks (cept tube issue)...for a week or more each,
cleaned 1st one 2x....2nd one has only been soaked & rinsed out, so far.

#1 ....cracked bad (wrong juice) taped w/packing tape & vaped on for 8-9 days, till tape failed
#2 ....Taped 1st :D then repeated process, vaped 9 days b-4 tape failure & cracks in bottom

they both need to be cleaned & set aside for tubes or retired or

....I DID get zebra tape today ....:D

I like 'em ...I just need new tubes :)

hey YIM read back a few pages ...
others had or are having same problem & were discussing it .

So something very wierd just happened. I was typing and when I got to the word Clearly, the pc or forum or browser automatically posted the reply while I was typing. I did not hit anything on accident, it just submitted the reply w/o my doing so????
It's tired of you deleting posts before you submit them!

SCORPION SCT TOP COIL 2.5ml TANK - Alpha Input

I found this tank to be an ill conceived idea. Both in design and function. In my opinion it was, even at first glance, unlikely to function correctly. Further use and testing bore this out. Experience has taught me "bottom feeders" are hard to implement, the Scorpion construction seemed to prove that fact.

While it's appearance was acceptable, it's designed was flawed. Placing wicks over an inch or more away from the coil and expecting Ejuice to travel in a vertical direction was more wishful thinking than practicality, gravity isn't just a good idea, it's the law.

I Recieved the tank, filled it, primed the wick, and began to use it. After 5 draws, I got nothing but dry hits. My Ejuice is thicker than most, but not all VG as the trend seems to be going. I took it apart to make sure the wicks were free from debris, I tried again only to have my Eliquid flow out the 510 connector.

While my testing was brief, I really didn't need to do anymore testing to see there are issues.

Can it be improved? I am sure it can. But with the Vivi Nova released, I believe it can and should be used as a standard for CE2 type tanks. Create any containing size or shape for your tank, but use the Vivi Nova sealing configuration as the base.

OK, I got my device out of the mailbox after work a little over 2 hours ago and have been using it non-stop ever since. I know that it accepts any 510 product of course, but since it's made for eGo products I tested mine with a couple of Vision Stardusts and an Esco E1 ReVive V2 Clearomizer (Have to love some of these product names).

Fit & Finish: The Good - The fit and finish is great with no defects or scratches out of the box, and the color matches products for the eGo perfectly. I also find the size acceptable even with not-so-small hands. / The Bad - Nothing.

Build Quality: The Good - The build quality seems great, nothing is loose, the USB cable seems to be thick enough to me for the amperage that it needs to supply and so far my button hasn't gotten stuck and doesn't feel like it will (A couple of my eGo batteries have sticky buttons and have a different feeling than the ones that don't stick). I am also perfectly happy with the length of the USB cable; If it was really long it would be problematic while sitting at a desk or especially in the car, and if someone finds it to be too short for their usage area then a USB Extension Cable is very cheap at places like MonoPrice. / The Bad - Although it seems well made, I also worry about there not being some sort of stress relief where the cable goes into the body of the unit.

Usage: The Good - Easy to change the voltages when needed once the 4 corresponding colors are memorized. Actually vapes better at 3.0v (blue) than my actual eGo batteries do. / The Bad - Nothing.

Conclusion: I give this product a "big thumbs up" based upon my very short experience with it so far, and would definitely purchase one out of Alpha depending on the price point.

Other Notes: Without my multimeter to do an actual test (I really need to dig that out of the box in the garage!) it seems to be hitting all 4 voltages the same whether it is plugged into my 2000mA USB wall charger or one of the 900mA USB 3.0 ports on my PC, but I would still recommend most people use a USB wall charger if they are unsure about the USB ports on their PC.
