How did you possibly get the wick under the coil and over the top? Pretty much impossible with the way it is assembled. Or did you do the bottom first, feeding the wick up the spike and trimming after screwing it together?
My wick/coil assembly basically created a perfect bridge between the 2 posts. So there was space for the feeder line. I fed the feeder line down thru the spike first, then under and back over, screwed the spike on, carefully tucking everything in then trimmed the excess feeder line off. I left like 3-4mms exposed above the spike to hopefully get forced into the tank. Seems to of worked nicely.
