Thank you for looking. :) I should have done that but never think of the obvious.

No problem. I only had to check my file on the flavorings I've bought. When I first started DIY I bought 99% of them from WL. They're only about 45 miles from me (so I got things really fast), and I liked that they put the flavoring notes from the manufacturers on their website pages. I just C&P the notes for each flavoring I've ordered from them.

Handy to know if I would ever think of it:lol:

Holy cow! Talk about catching up. I hadn’t been on since earlier today and was almost 50 posts behind. My youngest daughter had her wisdom teeth out today so she’s been the focus. I’m really liking the chocolate caramel coffee I made but don’t taste the chocolate a lot.

Hope she recovers nicely. My middle wanted to go out to eat when she came to, but both her sisters were quite pitiful for a couple days.

Hi DIYers! I was wondering if any of you use additives in your juice such as benzoic acid? Hope everyone is doing well!
I'm with @uthinkofsomething; the only DIY application for benzoic acid, that I have heard of, is DIYing one's own nic salts (alternatively; citric acid, and/or malic acid have also been used).
    :)

Good morning, random folks:) I did manage to mix one more yesterday so I got 5 total. It's a start:) Today I am going to the movies with my gd and 2 ggds. We're going to see The Lion King. I'm sure they will be here earlier than needed but I still have most of the morning to hopefully get something done. I have 2 sft's I have to do and I need to get more mixes done. Hopefully a couple more coffee's will give me some drive.

As always I can use any ideas for mixes of little sweetness:) If I do a mix with fruit that turns out too sweet I can usually "fix" it with a bit of Rhubarb and if I mix a cheesecake that turns out too sweet I can fix that with a little "plain TFA Cheesecake". I have too many mixes written with no fruit or cheesecake and I'm afraid most will be too sweet with no way to fix them.

I do love my Cheesecake base mixes but I don't know why I bother to pre-mix any. Right now I have some INW and PUR Cheesecake flavors that I want to use up so I'm adding some of one or the other to my cheesecake mixes and I have a habit of changing up my base sometimes. I always steep so it hasn't been a problem. I'm sure my steeped base will get good use once I move to my daughters.

Almost time to mix, coffeepot almost empty.

I'm going to try my Choco-Nut Custard today. Hasn't steeped long enough really, but I'm going to steal a tank or two.
That one really wasn't much of a risk, pretty normal flavors. Nothin' exciting.
But then I'm going to make some home-made pickles. :headbang:

That Choco-Nut Custard is delicious. May have a sweet note but it's kind of dry so doesn't come off sweet. The smell of the liquid alone makes me want to eat it!:lol:
It's only 4 days old, I'm sure it will change a bit, but it's definitely what I was going for. I'll make this again with no change most likely.

    Choco-Nut Custard-
    3.5 Vanilla Custard V2 CAP
    1.75 Double Chocolate V2 CAP
    2 Hazelnut V2 CAP
    2 Vanilla Whipped Cream CAP

The more I vape this, the less dry it seems. Does have some sweetness.
