If y’all are bored, come help me juice my citrus . Today so far I got through several dozen meyer lemons. They’re put up in 2oz containers and frozen to use the rest of the year. Next is naval oranges..... tomorrow lol. We’ve given away probably a minimum of 100 dozen of a variety of citrus away. I’m seriously tired of them. The picture is what’s left of the navels (in a kids wagon). Blood oranges I’m down to maybe 6-7 dozen.

I should send you some cash for a large bulk box's worth.

I'd just love to have some of the oranges....LOL
We have neighbors all around us with orange trees (loaded... been a good year) and they hardly even pick them... it's driving me nuts (don't know them personally or I'd ask... the city is strange like that)

Kiwi (the one you have plus FA Kiwi)... or be bold and try caramel or buttershotch.
Caramel I can’t taste. Butterscotch is too sweet plus I don’t like it. My thoughts are running to a couple less used fruits or a more unusual combo.

I've ordered oranges from California during the winter and they arrived in good shape in flat-rate boxes. (Hint, hint, nudge, nudge.)
You’d be pretty peeved with me if you got a box of orange mush! But, taking the chance is up to y’all.
I’ll look at the navels tomorrow and see if I have enough really firm ones. Fair warning, I’m organic, so the skin isn’t pretty like you get in the grocery. We have several beekeepers in the area, so I don’t spray any chemicals. I only have a few meyer lemons, lots of navels, and a fair number of blood oranges left.

    Somewhere between here and there
I’m trying the Honduran raspberry I mixed using the two inw raspberries. My taste buds are a little off today so I’m not sure if I like it or not. I keep thinking I need to add some sweetener or something.

IF I go for a cheesecake I will do WF Snake Fruit/INW Rhubarb or FLV Black Currant/FLV Boysenberry.
I was a bit stumped (because you have tried most that I would suggest or don't like other ones I thought of) then I thought "black currant" might be different but couldn't think of what to use with it. Boysenberry sounds great (sneak some raspberry in there too)

I'm feeling very creative tonight... maybe just a bit of sweet cream?

I only buy organic oranges; blemishes don't faze me. But I don't want to cause work for you.

Not much work at all, thanks to my handsome farm hand (aka Himself). They’re sorted in containers on the screen porch.
Really, you know I’m just sucking up to you in hopes of pickles, don’t cha?? ;)
I’ll ask my MIL how she ships hers to the convent in Wisconsin. She fusses about doing it when the weather is “right” up there. Plus she’ll be able to give me an idea on cost.

Back to mixing... tomorrow I think I’ll mix the Stixx tobacco testers. Finally. Procrastinating doing the juicing is the perfect excuse to instead work on the mixing I’ve been meaning to tackle lol. @Bronze and @hittman ... I’m going with your recipe suggestions on each, 10 ml. Yes, I actually wrote notes this time so I could actually find it!
