I am like not ...... near cactuses ARE YOU NUTS. Some of them hurt when they pierce you THROUGH your hiking boots. Bushes it was, and they were lovely and I'm sure they appreciated it greatly.



I am DOING this one it looks great, and I like have all the flavors even I think. Perhaps not grapefruit but I think so in a burst of enthusiasm since I can't drink it and I love it.

I accidentally filled up my dragon fruit vape with a bit of "all mah berries' and I thought it would be gross, but it's good. "All mah berries" mix can be vaped with anything I think.



Vodka makes the most authentic flavoring I know you can use it up to 5%. I fooled with it when I was at max VG and 10% flavors and I was looking to switch things up. I noticed no ill effects other than I got sick of it, it was like Everything was (flavoring) plus vodka. I might use it in a special vodka recipe though.

Anyway I found PEG400 and the rest was blisffutly.

So yeah the Tucson trip OH MAH GOD. Getting up early and leaving on time was not a problem we even had time to go to the house. It was freaking depressing. Espeically since I had seen videos of the husband's like, ah, handiwork which will not be repeated ever, though our contractor is both nice, patient, and competent .I really liked him.

So then I spiked a fever of 104 something and I was like GAH and started downing Gatorade and like a couple Tylenol. It felt awful I am SO WEAK and pathetic. For some random unnamed virus, well I sure HOPE I don't catch COVID 19 .Heh. I took all best precautions because whatever it IS (I still believe it is COVID but WHO knows, I can't remember the last time I have been this sick.)

Anyway so then we went to the bank(s.) I say that because the freaking BoA MANAGER (they are still open, 6 feet across and we loitered in the Tucson sun before being ushered inside and like, the manager was like "OOoooh so SORRY .Even though everything this guy is wearing has his BUISINESS on it, we just can't let you do it, I am so sorry." I was like "Ma'am *my* name was first on the check I have banked with you for like 15 years I think you could take my freaking WORD." She was like, "Oh no, sorry you will have to go to HIS bank, and he will have to deposit it, and you will sign. " I was like, "Ma'am CORPORATE told us to come here should we call them? I drove 2.5 hours to get here." I was like ,"So you are telling me some other saner bank will take this flimsy like printout from your ATM."

She offered me water. I didn't accept because I was afraid I would grab it ,spit it in, and throw it in her face bur that's probably assault with deadly water these days or whatever and like, I was also, "Oh jeez she is probably like, another dumb human being doing what she says is right."

So then we waited 15 minutes outside Well's Fargo and the contractor was all chill and everything. I liked him a lot. We were only supposed to give him half up front but I said to the husband, "This guy is a legit. I think Wells Fargo giving me a cashier's check for 15K (half) is unlikely can we just let him keep it all?" We decided it was all cool like that, and the Wells Fargo did indeed let him deposit it.

I am changing banks as soon as is feasible. In any case that happened and now I am home, sore, swole up and rehydrating. I figured I would feel awful and indeed I did. I also figure I am going to live. And not do much tomorrow.

I'm fried, but alive. BY golly also I have never felt this ill in all my born days so if I catch COVID on top of "whatever this is" I don't know what will happen. I still think it's covid.

The house! The tragedy! I was hoping to avoid it.

I've used vodka in juice to add throat hit, but it sounds like you are suggesting I use vodka instead of vodka flavoring? Just checking to make sure I understand. I would love to be able to use vodka instead of the flavoring! I've always got a bottle of vodka around for drinking and sterilizing vape gear anyway.

Harry's donuts lol, too suggestive. They must charge a fortune for their 'pastries'. Like certain massage parlors charge for their 'deep' massages.

Just the opposite... old school and long gone.... I miss those days. I could walk across the street and get any bakery I wanted (they had very good donuts and cakes) but the one thing they didn't have were those pasties (and yes, both places made everything from scratch) I know it sounds crazy, but I can still taste them. Maybe someday I can vape that memory.

Oh I will say our tastebuds are different. Holy mackerel, if I could add lavender to a mix and not taste it, "The Spirit of Thankfulness" would be what welled up deep inside me, not like the ah, desire to add more lavender.

I bet dandelion leaves would be good in the right mix, bitter but tasty. LOL.

Yes I am saying I could certainly taste the hell out of the vodka, maybe not everyone and I guess it theoretically should evaporate but well, vodka does taste like vodka to me. I should know and I mean really.

IDK though everyone's different I guess. I think if you steep it enough maybe it fades out I'm not sure.

But yeah I tasted it so much I pretty much was like, "F it, I'm gong to water, I can't handle too much more vodka either."

I would never have dreamed of using it to increase throat hit but if the fiery tongue and sword of Vodka are not so familiar to you, l guess one could call that "a throat hit" not "Getting drunk."

Oy. I feel a bit better except I'm not tired yet. I gotta call a bunch of places tomorrow but other than that, no I believe I will not go to Walmart.

I might do the dishes though. I think I mildly insinuated I was gonna try to do them a few days ago and he is patiently waiting.

Oh I prefer to avoid the REAL diagnostic labels in my private life. I discovered too many people's feelings got hurt. So I stick to the vernacular.

Also, like my family when I went to SW school around that time they all got together to let me know sometimes my tone was "loud and unpleasant" when I was arguing with them at times and they "did not like it."

I think they just felt safe even SAYING that because I was still befuddled and on Depakote. So, being befuddled and on Depakote, I said, "Okay, I will try to work on that then." Only they must have forgotten their request or like comments and my reply because when I wanted to yell at them I lowered my tone. They accused me of using my "Therapist voice," and they "didn't like that" (EITHER I SHOULD ADD.)

Since that time, I have learned to say, "Well you have not been in therapy with me now have you, so I am afraid that, although it might greatly benefit you, it cannot happen, since we are related. HOWEVER, if you find at the completion of this conversation your life has shown improvement you are MORE than welcome to hand me 200 dollars."

Shut them RIGHT up I tell you. SW school is good for SOME things I guess. LOL.

So our AC has not acted right since we turned it on a while back, and changing the thermostat did not fix it. Today the wife called the home warranty people we deal with and they directed her to a AC repair place. She told the guy how it seems to work for a while but then sets a higher temp than we want and quits. He said it's freezing up with ice, then trying to turn on the heat and melt the ice. They're showing up tomorrow between 2 and 6pm and we're under orders not to use it until then. Luckily it's not 100 anymore!

I used to use Makers Mark to thin high VG mixes, and in my booze recipes. Not sure if it was a good idea or not, but it added a kick to whiskey and coke recipes that I enjoyed back then at 1 drop per 10mL.

that sucks, I had an ac unit that pretty much crapped out yearly...bought a warranty from an ac repair place, it was costly but compared to the yearly fees to have someone come fix it, it ended up cheaper...

It's a game suggested by @hittman, use unused flavors that had never been tried before (personally) to mix a recipe with. Just here in our random friendly corner of ECF as far as I know
