I get zombie sleep but it's better than the alternative, I guess.

Golly gee what a morning. I DID miss my doctor's appointment and like, whelp, I have rescheduled it. They were nice, they didn't charge me a no show fee which is ONE HUNDRED dollars, but I guess my pdoc know my situation.

I am going to have to sit down and well, tell my job 101 questions so I get this all sorted for the future, etc.

Short term disability told me they were sending me "more information" in five days, I don't get letters like that but WHATEV. Kind of thing.

i've suffered from insomnia my entire life, nothing really works for me and if it does after a while it doesn't work anymore....
i've tried melatonin and it didn't really work for me....
but then a friend sent me some liquid melatonin and that somewhat worked, it at least worked better than the pills....and it worked great for my kids
bwahahaha no no i wasn't trying to knock my kids out bwahahaha my oldest is autistic so sometimes she's just overly stimulated and needs a bit of help to relax and my youngest is adhd and has a hard time falling asleep/staying asleep.
so you may have to try different forms and different strengths....

A guy I work with swears that three fingers of scotch and you'll sleep like a baby. I haven't tried it since I rarely drink any more.

Got a little time sitting in the sun but not enough passing clouds and it got too hot. No sign of mr.hornet but mr. wasp brushed my arm as he flew by.

It finally warmed back up here yesterday and today but its been cloudy and rainy both days.

Probably would but I don’t care for scotch. I do have near a full half gallon of absolute andI bet 3 fingers that would aid your sleep but I’m not going to try it. Hardly drink anymore. 2 benedryl or zzzzQuil will work for me if I don’t take it often.

I rarely have trouble sleeping except on rare occasions. Normally I have trouble keeping my eyes open. Mom has been having trouble though. I got her the 10 mg melatonin.

I made @PapawBrett 's creamy butterscotch NET and it's good too. I think I like it even better than the honey and chocolate.

I'm so over today...not doing that much for work as I'm just burned out. Just checking my email as I walk by but I did a couple of reports. I actually took a cat nap. Without the cat this time.

    eh maybe
but unfortunately not for me either....i used to drink truck drivers under the table....alcohol doesn't really affect me...same issue with medications...
my body just doesn't process stuff
I used to think it was because my thyroid was off the charts overactive so my metabolism was through the roof...but now my thyroid barely works, had to radiate it because there again medications just weren't working no matter how many times the doctor tweaked them, after a week they just didn't work...

Are you using the nets without steeping? I always give them a month.

When I drank I could drink any man under the table. No idea why. Made it though my few drinking years and now I hardly drink at all.

I built up a pretty good tolerance for alcohol when I was in the army. We used to go over the border to Mexico and drink cheap on the weekends. They had .25 shots of tequila. I still doubt I could outdrink you though. I was never a real heavyweight drinker.

I was for a while but was never an alcoholic so when I got sick of it, I just quit.
