I was impatient, hard to believe I know, when I first mixed Nevans raspberry donut recipe so mixed a second bottle but added more raspberry. Turns out I just didn’t steep it long enough and nevans recipe is good. I got mine out today with the added raspberry and it’s not good. I’ll probably dump it.
I'm steeping my chocolate version with Nevans doughnut base now. I hope it's good. I know the raspberry recipe gets both a little doughnut and raspberry help from one of those flavors in the recipe that I didn't use in my chocolate version. I hope it still works out.
It ended up being really good. When I first tried it the raspberry seemed weak but about a week later, the raspberry and jam really came out. It wasn’t an ADV for me but was good in rotation.

I could get behind the powder if a) I didn't think I'd sneeze into it, resulting in toxicity in the air ducts and max poisoning AND IF they could tell me it would last 20 years at room temp if sealed or whatever.
You know I thought "River Supply" changed its name to "fly under the radar" so to speak, but instead they seem to have become more like, "That man in that shack down by the river who will sell you ANYTHING you ask for," instead. I mean, what AREN'T they selling? Essence of small, kidnapped child?
Their new business motto seems to be, "Go for broke, everyone has left CA, we can do whatev." LOL.
There I "assertiveness trained that" for you, just like you can train a dog. That is my favorite thing about dogs actually their AWESOME power to TEAR you to bits ANYTIME but they really have to be ENCOURAGED and rewarded to do it and they are smart enough to like, make it state dependent learning. Tiny little baby smell? No, I will not eat you. Drug dealer, get ripped to shreds. My favorite thing about my kid's dog is like, there is always the possibility that she could eat someone if that person were BAD and like, eat YOU if you look at her funny. I mean I love "good" dogs (and Snickers is good and under the love and care is greatly rehabilitated but she will go bad at the RIGHT TIME or the wrong phase of the moon.) I guess I like unpredictability in the relationship kinda, etc.
So house is moving forward. I had a hell of a week. Missed my dr appt because I scheduled it for a session that where like NO ONE had heard from this guy in over THREE MONTHS. I was like, "Yeah that will work." Argh damnit. No yoga everyone was like loaded for bear and I was ready to smack some folks down, especially a vet whose PTSD has brought out the worst possible traits in him (does it not us all... indeed) but he is like this bossy control freak with the secret heart of a mouse, and he was all MOANING at not getting benzos and crud for some thing that happened. He is mandated to my tender care, so he extra hates it. I explained that since his docs seemed disinclined to give him benzos upon his first request and that is how WV is and I got it, the next best thing he could do since he does not like effort and work and thinking or feelings or you know ANYTHING except what he wants, perhaps he could ah, like suffer like the rest of us or activate his mammalian diving reflex by plunging his face in an icy basin of water and let his lizard brain do the work. He was like, all rude like "I am never trying that." I was like, "Well, then you are not as smart as you thought. Who has the degree? Who only uses evidence based treatment? Who TRIES all these things herself to SEE what happens. I can't make you do anything and I do NOT suggest waiting for your panic attack I suggest doing it, oh right now in front of me so I can watch, and you can say, "You are right, oh mistress of the solution, and I was wrong which I would like to hear you say even ONE time in your life."
I didn't say ALL that or some more diplomatically. But like I hate whiners, I hate mandated treatment and I HATE lots of stuff cuz I wanted to go home and collapse and I did not get done until after 6 pm and well.. .I hate a bunch of Vet coal miners freaking out and like MAKING dire predictions about Life and the Universe and I can't talk politics so.... Meh.
So the house is a go. That pair they are precious. They had their attorney write the contract and it has to be propane because the gas rights belong to the original guy, he just runs an illegal line or whatnot to them. So they have to propane it back up for our appraisal/inspection... they are like, "We do not want to change it until AFTER it goes to you."
Yes, yes I will bet. I am sure I would not want to buy what I would consider an unnecessary tank of propane and deal with it but our CONTRACT in large part WRITTEN by their attorney points out it has to be AS it will be when sold, and frankly they cannot change it BACK either, as any "material change other than ordinary wear and tear" voids the contract. So sorry guys. You are going to be asked to re-read the contract and if that is how you want to do it, well, you gotta like uh, kinda figure out if it works/leaks/etc. I mean it has been disconnected for a WHILE.
I kinda like the chick she is a bit more upfront like me. IDK about the preacher/dude like he's okay but he is the "youngest elected official" ever elected in WV history (gasp! It's not that big a deal it is commissioner of schools of a VERY TINY COUNTY in the middle of nowhere and he is also a preacher. Where, I have no idea. But he's a little too "look at me, I am connected I know everyone."
LOL. Everything they have told us is wrong, indicating youthful overconfidence. So sorry Preacher, I am a Preacher's KID so that makes me hypersensitive to hypocrisy AND smarter than you but that's just genetics.
This is why you use a real estate agent. It is so you don't want to have to strangle your "good" neighbors. They deliver the bad news neutrally.
It is cool. I can do neutral on occasion. As far as I'm concerned, they can take it or leave it. We have put out very little as of yet because we also know SMARTER real estate agents than theirs or maybe they just don't really study contracts or understand contract law, because that stuff will do your head in. The Bible is EASY by comparison, like super easy. The only thing keeping it from being a real work of art instead of a religious tome is like, a good editor. LOL.
I am tired I am gonna stay a little late gotta email my doc and do some polite begging. I had to kick myself I was like, "I really KNEW he would not come.... I was wrong."
That's another thing: admission of wrongdoing bah, I am going to take my sleep meds here soon I am dying. No yoga.... again.
We get a bit of a respite I hate this house stuff it eats into my day still happy at work tho.

Not menthol, but got into PUR butter mint... tried it with many fruits and loved it. Specifically, worked well with melons, citrus, and even green apple (that I don't like) but it worked with the mint. Of course, also liked it with chocolate.
If you don't mind me asking... which raspberry(s)?
