This is why I make larger sft usually. Flavors change so much throughout a long steep. I read the other day that FA lemon sicily comes back if you leave it alone for a few weeks. I'm mixing a lemon cream with it and putting in the box for 6 weeks.
Let us know what you discover. That’s my only lemon. Fading flavors make me sad

I had to finally get out another 250ml bottle of my 100mg mic from the freezer after 3 years of mixing still have 2-250ml bottles sealed and then a 3rd with about 120ml left in it that I put back away, I like to pull about 80-100 ml out at a time, do you blend yours down? I use it straight at 100mg when I mix (I make 3-4mg juice depending on how I feel)

Possibly next month I’ll pick up another liter, seperate it and freeze it and possibly pick up another Gly-cube from essentialdepot last time my shipment was late and they sent me a free gallon of PG and a free gallon of VG along with my 4 gallons I ordered lol
I pre-mix my nic base at 6% nic. PG/VG and nic.

I have a rather strange mix sitting in front of me. I've been looking at it for several days. It's not a cheesecake or a tobacco blend. I'm pretty sure it's too sweet but I think I'm going to try a small bottle anyway. Ya never know.......

I mix my nic base down from 100, to a bit over my preferred level on the nic, and a bit less on the PG. Flavorings will lower the nic a tad, while raising the PG % a tad as well. Flavors go in the bottle (or whatever you mix in), top up with the base, done.

Well, except for the waiting :)

I was mixing up a new 60ml bottle today and was struck with a question. For those of you that use TFA Pistachio, what % are you using and with how many flavors? I mixed some with simply cake and sweet tobacco and used about 6-7% pistachio with about 3-4% of the other two and about 1% shisha vanilla. I was just wondering what % other folks are using pistachio at.

Mixed up 30ml of this today... :D Adapted from a recipe by MysticRose on ELR... :)

Cheesecake Wheel Slice 2 - Toasted Coconut (WIP)
    Toasted Coconut Cheesecake (PUR) 2.5%
    New York Cheesecake (PUR) 2.5%
    Cheesecake Graham (PUR) 2%
    Italian Cream (Hangsen) 1.5%
    Coconut Candy (TFA) 1%
    Vanilla Ice Cream (LB) 0.5%
    Biscuit (INW) 0.5%

It will likely need some adjustment, but we'll see...

I generally use Pistachio (TFA) @ 2 - 3 % and typically add Almond (FA) @ 0.75 - 1% to round it out but I've seen quite a few recipes that call for it higher...

You figure out what it is? I’ve had a few that just got named “random fruit mix”... couldn’t figure them out. That began my self-enforced label requirement, not just marker on a bottle that smears off. If it’s crappy, at least I know what it is and can avoid making it again

Thanks for the input. How much higher have you seen other recipes use? Can you give me a general “guesstiment” of the average % people use tfa pistachio?

I usually use it at 5-6% alone or 2-3 with another nut.
