I'll let you know about the fruits Fran. Did decide on the matching lemon creams to compare long steep life for the lemons. Some passion fruit mix testers and a chocolate. Think the chocolate may be high percentage wise but I'm going with it.

Chocolate chunks WF 2.5
Chocolate mousse VTA 3
Cream ooo 2

I was thinking something similar with the HA Italian Cream or possibly INW Custard.

I usually go with 4% White Chocolate to 3% Raspberry

No chemo today. Dr scheduled a CT scan with contrast for Saturday to see what the tumor looks like. Last scan showed it had shrunk to a quarter of it's size. Hoping it stays there for a long while. Kinda nervous about the outcome of the test.

Current batch is 4:1 wc to raspberry. Raspberry is not taking over, but needs a little more. I’m out of town at my daughter’s helping with the house/baby so I can’t check my notes for my first version. I think my raspberry is inw??? Almost floral sweet tart right now

I've been using the PUR Raspberry. It's not overly sweet to me.

I still have a bit of Hangsen Italian Cream mixed at 1% that's dang close to 8 weeks steeped. It think I'll use that with the chocolates.

I have a Cranberry Gin On The Rocks, a Basil Gimlet, two Gin & Tonics, and a Fuji Ginger Tea with Whiskey. Of the four, the Cranberry Gin was the hardest to get right. If my recipes were public on ELR, someone might get the idea I am OCD. I have so many versions of the Cranberry Gin! Also, several Gin & Tonic recipes - fine tuning was a little tedious on that too. I got the Fuji Ginger Tea with Whiskey right on the 2nd try! YAY for that.
