Now that I know you are looking for a caramel recipe...

Here is my butterscotch. Add the caramels I added below and you will have a creamy caramel. There is no one caramel, or butterscotch, to rule them all. Making a convincing butterscotch or caramel requires using a few combined in a mix.

    FW Butterscotch Ripple 3.5%
    FA Butterscotch 2%
    FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) 3%
    FA Vienna Cream 0.75%
    FLV Cream 0.5%

add the following to bring Caramel to the front...

    FA Caramel 1%
    FW Caramel Candy 1%

I make it like that for a Caramel forward juice.

I have several variations of the above that I've developed over the years. One I like a lot is adding FW Natural Butterscotch 1%.

I have solutions for making that more sweet or less sweet.

If you want just a plain caramel juice make it as above. If you want some foundation then add FA Cookie 0.5% or INW Biscuit 0.5%. You could use a cake too. Like WF Fluffy White Cake at 1.5-2%. A nut could be added as well.

    :)

Have you ever tried making it as a stone to use in recipes? I’m just wondering if it would be a good idea.

Every once in a while that happens to me too.

What's up with Humble juice? I've been getting a non-stop pop up ad for it since yesterday. I'm a contributing member so I hardy ever get ads.

It hit me twice just typing in this short post.

IDK I get it too but not that often.

That is a good idea. I haven't yet but have thought about making it as a stone. Same with my vanilla recipes.

I’ve got the big side to mow, weedeat the mountain, edge the front, and blow everything left to do. Almost there. Been taking my time. Used some weed killer. Son bagged the sticks. I dug up more canna lillies (I’m pretty sure they are like roaches, they will survive anything). What a beautiful day here. Breeze blowing and it was cool earlier but now it’s warming up.

Yard is done for another two weeks. :thumb: I have my windows open with fans blowing. My son got out of his hot shower :| and asked me wasn’t I hot in here :grr:. Why no son, the sweat from cutting grass is keeping me quite cool and it’s much cooler inside than the blazing sun while I mowed all day. My son is not lazy, he just wants to do what he wants to do. Cutting grass isn’t it.

Oh well, my piece of ‘Merica looks pretty good. :vapor:

I think I’ll make spaghetti for dinner. Gotta go feed my birds...they’ve been waiting all day.

How can you go two weeks between mowing?

Not sure why but I’ve had the worst stomach ache since I came in from mowing. Something didn’t agree with me but didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary.
Allergies from mowing? They can make me nauseous sometimes.

I used to do it every week but I got tired of it. I probably would if my yard was flat and easy and small. But I have too much on my plate so now I do it every two weeks. It actually looks healthier.
