Late afternoon here but Morning Fran/all.

Big thumbs up for your Acai berry croissant Fran.

Been through a bit of a cloudy and cool patch but sunny again tomorrow. Bugs me when it's cloudy with no rain.... completely unnecessary :D

Have a good day....:)

    Somewhere between here and there
It’s 75 here today. I took the dog for a walk and it actually felt hot out. This week is going to be a little cooler and rainy on and off all week. The forecast says snow one morning but I don’t believe it.

Morning mixers. Simple question for you plz.
    Which caramel is your favorite?
Caramel and Butterscotch are favorites of mine and ADV's. I always have some of each ready to go.

These are the caramels I use most:

FA Caramel - Euro style caramel, not dark
INW Caramel - dark Euro caramel, warning strong flavor, tricky to mix with
MF Caramel - excellent, most like American caramels (not dark)
FW Caramel Candy - good all around caramel
    FW Salted Caramel - same
    FLV Caramel
    MB Melty Caramel
    WF Caramel Butter
    SSA Caramel
    WF Caramel Salted
    VTA Salted Caramel
    VTA Creme Caramel
    SSA Milk and Caramel Cream
    HA Caramel Toffee

Making a convincing caramel (or a butterscotch) requires using a couple of each in a mix.

This will give you an excellent caramel...
    FA Caramel 1%-2%
    FW Caramel Candy 1%-1.5%
    FW Butterscotch Ripple 3.5%
    FA Butterscotch 2%

Adding these will make it even more convincing...
    FA Madagascar (Vanilla Classic) 3%-3.5%
    FA Vienna Cream 0.75%
    FLV Cream 1%

If I could only pick one caramel to use in a mix -YIKES (ain't never gonna happen) - but if I had to it would be MF Caramel. MF = Medicine Flower.

WOW never thought of this....but will definitely try it out...Thank You.
I've used various caramels in the past, always with underwhelming results.
    I LOVE caramel...eat it by the tin...with a spoon :D
Whittaker chocolate here in NZ (best chocolate in the world ) has just launched their new flavor. Its called Blondie....Caramel and White chocolate. Now I don't like white chocolate, but boy I love this one. They don't use caramel flavoring. They use their own naturally made caramel.

I had an afternoon. After I finished delivering communion to the homebound, I went to my mother's place to get my pickup truck and, having been parked all winter, of course the battery was dead. I put my jumper cables on it and I'm sitting in the truck for a few minutes then I come out to find the cables smoking.i quickly yank them off my car battery and of course they're all melted. They must have had a short in them. I go to my mom's house and get her cables, plus use her car since it's easier to reach the battery in it. No more smoking cables, but the truck won't start. My mom drives me to town to pick up my freezer.

You probably need a new battery for your truck.
