Regarding exercise... every day I look forward to doing our morning meditation, yoga and long walks. That and the daily work around here keeps me in good shape. Pretty much have been doing the same things for decades. Anywho, works for me/us. :)

Once we make it to Wednesday then we’re back to normal. I hope my customer doesn’t want me to do the calibrations I missed on Friday by calling in until at least Wednesday. Otherwise I may get heatstroke.

Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?

I have both a dentist and a doctor's appointment today. Both of them routine checkups, but I'm worried about the dentist and what they will say. Ever since I had that root canal, the tooth next to lt, which has a crown on it, has been sore and last night I noticed it was a little loose. When they did the x-rays for the tooth that I just had work on, they noticed that this tooth had some changes at the roots. I'm worried that I will need another root canal and a new crown. I can't afford more dental work.

In that case I’ll wish you good luck.

That really stinks. My wife had to get a couple crowns a while back and it was about 2400. Not anyone's favorite thing to spend money on. We just have a dental discount plan and not real insurance. I took my wife to urgent care Thursday then to another appointment Friday to her regular doctor. That doctor sent us to the hospital for x-rays and she may need to eventually get an mri on her back. Our medical insurance is horrible so we're looking at some good sized bills coming up. I'm dreading it.

Speaking of dreading things, I had to turn in the renewal for the software I use for welding certifications at work. Every year it's a big ordeal with the boss since it's pretty expensive. He got in an argument with the lady at the software company last year over the price.

    Morning, mixers.

Claim is another dose of summer, close to 80 for a couple days. Still no rain, since we sent the latest batch down to CA :)

More watering and gathering, business as usual.

What irritates me is that dental isn't ever part of medical, even though the data is pretty clear, dental issues can create severe general health issues. But, no, teeth and mouth aren't medical issues. :-x (Yeah, I could see insurance not paying for purely cosmetic treatments, but the rest should be...)

The worst thing is I have 2 dental insurance policies. One covers 30% and the other 50%. You'd think that would only leave me 20% that I'd have to pay, but these insurance companies are in cahoots and so I end up paying more.

I agree. Even if dental wasn't included in the medical plan then make it a requirement for the employer to offer dental. I have a dental discount plan that I pay for on my own.

Joined Top Gun on Facebook, clouds are ok but not high on my list. I was hoping for recipes and flavor profiles.
Both Top Gun groups are good but they're not really DIY groups.

Join these two... 'Freedom To Mix' has recipes. 'DIYorDie Mixers Collective' posts recipes and has good mixing tips.
