I think I've done that.
How many pages??? I'll go to the end.

I thought you already had that.I have FW Natural Blood Orange on my wishlist.
FA Florida Key lime is so good but it fades so fast.Replying to my own post, but I couldn't figure out any other way to rate this. It isn't quite right. Vapable, but not quite right. The lime is not as present as I would want in a Margarita. Maybe Key Lime or the VTA Persian would be better. Maybe even a drop of (gasp) citric acid or TFA Sour. I don't know without experimenting and probably won't since the Margarita wasn't one I particularly wanted. If I am going to not drink, there are other cocktails I would prefer to not drink.![]()
Thank you much. I'm just getting started with orange. I think I'll love the orange mixes as long as I can keep the sweet reasonable.Orange Cheesecake is right up my alley.I'll have to look into a mix for that. You all have been busy, not even going to try to catch up!
Assuming you have Cap sweet tangerine.
Cap sweet tangerine, candy but you can tame that with the FW BO or the Fa orange. Cap ST 6-8% single, 3-6% mix, pairs well with most anything but for me more an additive.
FA orange, just a nice orange; I taste flesh with hints of pith and skin. Not my favorite but useful. 2-4% single, 1-3% mix.
FW blood orange (natural), love this. It has the lovely sharp notes found in a ripe juicy blood orange. Good as a stand alone for me at 6% and use it in many orange forward mixes, usually 3-4%. Makes a great cheesecake Fran.
FA mandarin, very good, not too sweet and excellent for snv. 5-7% single, 2-4% mix. Does have some th hit for a few days then settles in and is lovely. I use it with FA fresh cream + FA vienna cream for a quicky snv, good with a shot of lime too.
For an orange stone for you...start with 6% single, 3% mix
FW BO 2%
FA orange 1.5%
FA mandarin 1.5%
For me, (keep in mind I dearly love orange vapes)...7-8% single, 3-5% mix
FW BO 3%
FA orange 2%
FA mandarin 3%
The Cap ST is great with pineapple. The other 3 would pair well with florals, various berries, dragon fruit, kiwi, and most creams. Some work well in bakery mixes too and all would work in a candy.
Cranberry, FA Sicilian Mix (citrus mix), or FA kiwi Can tone them down nicely if they prove too sweet. Maybe try Cap sweet tangerine 4% + FA kiwi 3% and see how you like it. FW blood orange 3% and INW raspberry Malina 1% are a lovely pair as well.Thank you much. I'm just getting started with orange. Just getting started here........
I’m loving the cherry blossom. Have a couple of recipes steeping with blackberry blossom. Time will tellDepends on what you are looking for...jasmine is a true floral and can be quite sharp if you use too much. 2% is my sweet spot with it. Hibiscus is kind of syrupy and on the sweet side. Rose is soft and lightly sweet. Can't stand the scent of lavender so have nothing to add, guessing it is slightly herbal. @NolaMel has been playing with cherry blossom and blackberry blossom, the BB intrigues me. There is also ylang ylang and violet. I will eventually try the violet.
If tobacco flavoring doesn’t help... WTA or whole tobacco alkaloids might be something to consider. Before I started DIY I had a friend who had trouble shaking cigs. I bought him some WTA commercial juice which helped him over about 7 weeks to drop them altogether. I haven’t the slightest where to purchase (for DIY) etc, but I don’t see why it’d be any less obtainable than the liquid nicotine or salts we usually use. You may already know all there is to know concerning but, if interested, doing a quick google search I found these...He liked Cuprian (Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream) for a while, and Fizzy Pink Lemonade lately. He can't seem to stay off cigs and is convinced that tobacco is the answer. I know it isn't but figured I would mix up something for him to try.
Both CB and BB peak my interest. Would you mind sharing how you use these or a recipe?I’m loving the cherry blossom. Have a couple of recipes steeping with blackberry blossom. Time will tell
TyGood morning Fran. You wake up with a head full of questions don't you? lol
Fa orange cream is a good mixer and yes the cream is sweeter. Add 1 or 2% of the FA mandarin. I also like it with lemon or lime added.
For the cheesecake a week will be good, 3 weeks better.
Some like it as low as 1%. I like any type of mix fruit forward so I would probably start at 2.5%.Since I'm in for a 3 week steep I figured I'd do the same orange mix with the steeped Pur cheesecake base.
