Gotcha, thanks! I was picturing something like milk fats in my head even though I know no concentrates actually contain them:laugh:

More like a candy bar was melted in some PG. I was afraid to use it for a while. I got a bunch of Inawera on sale when RTS closing, this was one.

Has anyone tried a tad of Brie cheese in a cheesecake mix or LA Cream Cheese icing?
Yep, brie. I mixed two identical except one had brie and the other didn’t. The one without was the slightest bit harsh. The one with was smoother and not harsh and a bit more cheesy. No one would be interested in those recipes though as I was, and still am, learning cheesecakes.

I’d like to play around with percentages more though. To better understand the profile and how it plays with different flavors etc
Yes,but I just wanted a good starting point.:) Using too much Brie probably wouldn't be a good thing. I've had the flavor for awhile and haven't used it. Now ya gave me something to mix today:) Gonna dig out one of my cheesecake recipes and give it a try.

I started a bit high because I wanted to test it. More sensitive mixers might want to start around .5% depending how it’s being used.

I'd stiil like to hear from any folks that have tried the LA Cream Cheese Icing.....................in anything.
I LOVE IT! However, start low! I mixed one I absolutely loved not too long ago which had CC icing in it. So I mixed up 120mls. Fast forward a few weeks and now thats all I can tasteo_O So, yeah...learning experience!
