I have to admit, if it comes to comparing PG to PEG400, well I didn't vape much PG as a non smoker due to sensitivity. I will say compared to (mostly) VG and DW, the PEG400 does make sweet things not sweet, and it does make things crisper and sharper, but I'm not sure if the less sweet effect is due to either less VG (I mean, VG is sweet, and I've basically cut it in half) or just is the same as PG WOULD have been etc.

I will say I like PEG400 it has improved my mixes immensely in a lot of ways, but a straight up comparison head to head PG vs PEG400.... I'm not sure.

You could try a small amount for mixing I got some from Amazon the first time. Nic river sells PEG400 dirt cheap, but I'm not sure the smallest quantity they sell. It may be worth a shot and I do mean MAY. Etc.

Less sweet? I may need to try that.

I adore pumpkin spice, but find that many are mostly spice and tend to smack me in the face with clove and I hate clove. For example, my pumpkin pies consist of equal measures of cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg... That's it, but it's absolutely perfect. I want pumpkin spice to be like that, but it never is. :(

I cheated a bit with making mine fit into one case though, as most of my flavors are 10ml, so 2 similar flavors occupy one section, when applicable. ;)
    I did that too:)

Very true. I gotta throw that dang shovel away...........
Come get mine too. I’m beginning to think it digs all by itself . So far, nothing on my must have list... but who am I kidding? That’s sure to change. It starts out all innocently with one recipe, then POOF, I have a dozen flavors to buy and a stack of recipes to try

I feel a little less overwhelmed than I did last night. I was thinking of going ahead and ordering the TFA Graham Cracker Clear and TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust.

If only I could remember what I had been putting off ordering until I placed an order from NR! There were a couple of things that BCF and ECX don't carry, that NR does carry. But, I can't seem to remember what they are.

And, I refuse to place an order that costs more for the shipping than for the merchandise.

What does Nicotine River carry that ECX and BCF does not?
Pom DX is one of them

I think I was one of those people. Since MTL vapers are flavor chasers, the use of reduced air flow and the low heat is what brings the flavors out the best(imo). Especially creamy type flavors. Some of the fruit flavors make the transition nicely.

So yes, you need a range of watts to test different mixes with. If you stay @ one watt setting you may lose out finding the best taste for your flavors.

I get more flavor DTL (unless there's too much air), I think just because there's more vapor to taste. I use my gennie for tasting because the wick burns clean and give true flavor but it's definitely not more flavor.
I'm all TC. There is some flavors that come out at certain temperatures.

In fact, temperature could be part of why I'm not getting the big menthol kick. I was at 420°, now I'm below 400°. Yep, that does turn up the cooling effect. It's not exactly the same but there's a lot more wick in the mesh to get over saturated with the menthol.

I really need to do that. I was thinking about it last night but didn't quite figure out yet what strength I want to mix the base at.

At my 10% flavor limit I lose about .5mg for every 5mg in strength if I use the whole 10%. So at the 6-10mg I vape it's not worth worrying about. As long as my taster has some nicotine it's close enough. When I was dropping nicotine to 0mg even 3mg was good. It was when I got to 0mg it started feeling like nothing and my use increased.

I have a winner with this new stuff and bout time. Low level sweetness with just a touch of background tart

    Basil Rhubarb
    FLV Basil .25%
    INW Rhubarb .75%
    FA Lemon Sicily 1%
    INW Strawberry shiska 1%
    VT Whiskey 1%

This was too sweet when first tried. Don't know what made me add the Whiskey but it worked.

Coffee is coming up in Tiramisu.
Caramel Cappuccino (my attempt not TFA) is caramel, coffee needs to come up.
Wow, Mocha Espresso is COFFEE! It faded a bit with more dripping but Espresso might be a 1% flavor for me. At 2% it's espresso in spite of the Irish Cream and chocolate.
Smokey Amber Plum definitely needs 30ml. I'm ready to put this in a tank. Smoke came out today and Amber.
Pornegranate, I think I'll add another 1% of Amber to the tester. It's good but nothing amazing. It might end up with another fruit. Maybe orange, it needs to be brighter.
French Toast is back to smelling scary. Tastes like it may age into something. Cinnamon saved it today but syrup is coming in.
Cinnamon Apple I've had sitting around for a while where I boosted Candy Apple with INW Bahrani was good as far as apple goes. Needs more cinnamon.

A mentholated Mad Fruit I got the idea from a recipe, probably will never get made. I might try it in an RDA before I dump it but I don't see any tweaks saving that idea.

You know what's NOT sweet? 100 mg/ml nic in Any base. Okay, I'm not vaping that, but I don't feel the need to do ANY additional mixing, unless it's upping the nic in all of them.

(Okay, VENTING ahead. I warned you. You don't have to read it.)

First of All, my new License has not arrived, and it should have been here DAYS ago (I am stressed, since they want a copy. That's NOT unreasonable, either) as I start to complete my, oh, what is it termed, Supplementary application materials. They use huge words for things that may or may not be necessary. Like, Institutional Affiliations. I'm not sure if they just mean work, but that is not what that term MEANS (I looked it up a lot of places) and in only ONE place could I possibly be considered such a thing, and it was working on a grant at one job where like, I worked WITH a team from some super specialty court sort of thing, that and I was briefly licensed as an advocate (it's like the NA version of a lawyer) but I don't know that I was affiliated with the court then? IDK. I was on the list of folks who could represent someone, but I Would Never. OMG. So, I had to email about THAT.

I also had to get the date and number of each and every licensure I'd ever possessed in any state. That was fun talking to Maryland and thinking (you suck so much less) but to be fair the AZ board was helpful too. BUT the Board of behavioral Examiners said my license had NOT been returned, but like, DANG that means if it doesn't show up today I will have to pay 25 bucks AND travel to Phoenix to collect it (sounds like nice and restful actually can't TALK to anyone, and will just be DRIVING but ANNOYACE. Also, I hate my mailman. I told the lady that I had more than a Bit of Doubt that it would Ever show up Anywhere, she says I can get it tomorrow.

And, they asked for a bunch of stuff, but in said stuff was so much terrifying legalize (I'm basically authorizing them to talk to any person who has walked by me in the supermarket and etc.) That I actually was like I better disclose my mutual health termination, it's better than them finding out about it LATER to be honest. I used my most ah, excellent skills at making a bad situation be Good etc., but man, my disclosure is WIDE IDK how much will matter, but it kind of made sense they didn't ask for references (I do have them, now so like, great and all, but I'm not sure they'll be ah, needed. So I just went with the "light honesty" is best, I mean it was not for performance or anything and I WAS ALSO stressed about the husband and I told my interviewers that, just not the big T word. Etc. I also stated I'm cleared to return to work. My doc is not OPEN today, but I left a message anyway. Who knows. For now, it's all chill.

So yeah, I can't turn in my paperwork until tomorrow. I need to check my bank balance and see if my dough is returned, and then do what I can/may to make my final (excluded) creditor right but I need a break after all that Investigation and Thought, not to mention trying to do a freaking.... benefits election with the husband. We have been yelling at each other for days.

LOL, my big goal for today is like, bathing. LOL. Before the end of the day. But I'm calling said creditor FIRST.

So yeah, no mixing happened but the good news is I've been too busy to BUY anything, let alone comb through flavors. Heh. I FOR SURE hope I don't have to buy the kid a phone (poor thing, his died and it's his alarm so he missed work. Oy.)

Also, on the News: The Board of Supervisors are getting all up in the grill of IDK who, ICE probably, to get their DOCA prisoners OUT of the county jail and whatnot, so that will probably wind up being like, a Big Mess with protesting on both sides I will be WORKING there (HOPEFULLY!)

I don't much like the kind of protesting these days, honestly, they just get to aggressive. Wave your sign at me fine (or your whatever hat) but don't get up in my Grill that may SUCK.

    LOL, no flavors happened.

    LOL the kid's phone died
