@Zazie I do not recommend any or I guess I recommend them all. It just sounded gross to me but what do I know.

OH MY. Everything is all taken care of except the 2 scripts I need to get and that is pretty easy. I guess. I continue to pack, I went to Walmart and shopped like a demon and came home and was like, "Chicka, you need to rest."

I have also discovered the reason for my gastronomical shutdown (besides the steroids.) I was taking a probiotic every night and something weird happened where it didn't show up (it's on autoship) and like, I don't think I will be doing that ANY more. It's better to remember than to have them FORGET and then *I* forget. Gah. I bought some but they're less potent and I might take five. I don't care. I mean I took Ducolax yesterday night (the gentle "women's" laxative, more like a fountain of EVERYTHING you don't want) and like little happened. They were old I guess. LOL.

Other than that, all is well here, the husband and I are eating a bite of the elephant at a time and well, that is how it is going to be.

I really want go visit my mom and kid for a bit before I leave. I am not sure how possible that is. It's definitely NOT going to work as the husband and I load up a freaking TRUCK and OMG that sucks. I'm, almost 36 way to old for lifting couches but we probably should.

If we can work up some wizardry, well, we will. If we can't, we won't and we will have to move twice. It is what it is, and like, that house y'all liked.... It's an ONLINE auction. Yeah, like ebay etc no guarantees. I might still send my mom the link because she asked what I wanted for my birthday. A pair of work boots to load up the truck, probably.

Oh lord. In any case I am glad I sat me down and made me rest some Rome was neither accomplished OR demolished in a day....

I bought lots of food. The husband is getting all optimistic it is SO nice to see. We have four seasons here: monsoon, sort of pleasant, hot, the sun might sear your skin. I sort of try not to judge any particular day as more than "Hot" because really, iI'm not gonna fry an egg on the sidewalk so eh.

I hope you are having fun @FranC !

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, or if there are already threads about this, but i'm looking for some advice in making a VG only liquid with 0 nicotine to use with my Aspire Zelos kit.
I've been gradually reducing my nicotine from 18mg to 3mg (on a three-week time spare), and i'm looking forward to vape only VG e-juice at 0mg of Nicotine until I get tired of vaping.
I know there's the 70/30 combination. But, if possible, I would like to get rid of PG, as of lately it caused some throat irritation.
So, how do I make the juice? Do you guys use water when making a 50/50 liquid or you just add VG without anything else?
Thanks

You’ll need to search for vg flavors then. If I was going to do 100% vg then I’d have to thin it with distilled water. I’m not sure how to decide how much to use.

almost all flavorings are suspended in pg, so there will always be some pg in your mix, same with nicotine, but as you won't be using nicotine then that's not a problem....unless specially marked and there are some places that sell vg flavors and vg nicotine... I don't like a throat hit so I tend to buy vg when I can...otherwise I use pg flavorings and vg nic, allowing me to mix at 80% or higher vg....
the only issue would be that it might be too thick, as i use an rda, this isn't really an issue but in a tank it could easily be a problem...if you find it too thick for your tank add a drop or two of distilled water to the tank to help thin it out a bit...
there is a very good calculator made by an ecf'er

In my hardy youth, I would spend hours in waves like that. The water was colder then, too. My lips would sometimes turn blue, but I loved it.

My father and I especially liked spending time in the water during hurricane warnings. My mother would quake on the shore.
I love the beach in York, Maine.

Anyone else ever feel at times like mixing is a chore?
That's how it felt like for me the past several months, and today's mix was a real need and necessity.. but it didn't feel like a chore, and was enjoyable. I would have liked to have mixed more if I had the time. What was definitely a chore was sorting and cleaning my vape stuff, which was neglected for months. Still not done, but getting there!

If I was mixing like a week ago, I would have just opted for a tried-and-true-don't-think-about-it recipe and be done with it. The mix I made today was one of the first ones I ever made. It didn't turn out the way I thought it would and I never mixed it again.. alterations or not

Sometimes it is, sometimes it ain't. But either way you gotta keep up because otherwise you will have to buy commercial juice. I think my worst mixing day was COVID 19 like the middle of it/

The mix is improving but that green mango SURE is strong. If I wind up with another dilution I do not KWOW what I will do.

Considering ways to move my DIY stash across the country. It's only a few day but like the meddle of summer/..; Oh well I suppose it is GOOD problem to have.

I'm sort of an all at once mixer but I keep my stuff in the fridge so I have to get it all out. Pretty soon I am going to try like @FranC 's cannoli thing but IDK.... I wish I were more meticulous sometimes. like able to do single flavor mixes.

I don’t feel it’s a chore since I organized all my flavors and made a master list with case number, case side, and slot number. It was a bit of work organizing it but now I can quickly throw together a recipe in a couple minutes. Also, switching from syringes to a scale was a godsend.

I literally had my flavors in one gallon ziplock lol! And all my supplies hodgepodge on a table for months until I quick threw everything in a box before the wife came home.
I had left my scale behind in Texas, and my wife forgot it there. Oops! Oh well, they are pretty cheap but I at least have syringes.

Wow how quickly 6 am showed up. I keep feeling better for the most part. I think I MAY actually have to go see the pulmonologist though (I am afraid I sometimes consider um, ER referrals optional) and like I am using more snus MTN vaping and well, both my inhalers-- still coughing. I would assert I am allergic to um, Arizona but I am taking Flonase so it can't be that. I just hope it's residual inflammation in my lungs or something. Probably.

See, it might go away on its own? Gosh, I am so BAD at this self-care business. I mean my MI yeah I take care of it like it was the plague because bad things happen. I guess dying is bad but I don't really know. I am, however, fairly sure death is preferable to a locked mental health unit.

I guess I can make an appointment tomorrow for next week, or whatever, it could always be cancelled if things are better or even just like GOING and being reassured.

I really don't care how much radiation I get in my lungs I figure with the decades of smoking it's that last of my problems.

The husband is so happy, he is goofy happy as it happens. Even though he knows.... the madness we will have to accomplish. Neither one of us wanted to come to AZ (I was firmly a Baltimore girl although I'm not sure it's the right place for us now. It's like he can really SEE the contractors doing a great job. we are going to sell this house and NO flags on like, my application which seems to be going far. He's like SUPER happy, he really is.

It's nice to see. I am keeping my fingers crossed that all goes smoothly. It will be what it is, but I think a change of atmosphere is definitely needed.

I got the quote last night. There were three options listed. I’m going to go with the middle one. I feel like we run the air more than the heat so will go with a little better ac unit and a standard gas furnace. It was nice that they listed the available rebates from the electric company. The rebate will pay for the upgrade on the ac.

@hittman how did you write up your master list/inventory of flavors?
I was thinking of something like this, i.e.
    Blueberry - CAP 1x 30ml
    Blueberry Extra - TFA 1x 30ml, 1x30ml (partial)

I'd like to keep track of what and how much I have, as to not run out. I'd probably keep inventory of nic and VG as well
    i.e.
    100mg Nic salts - 10x 120ml, 8x 60ml

I seldom mix complex flavor combos. I'm satisfied with a big batch of unflavored mix that I can add flavor to in smaller bottles as desired. I don't do multi-flavored concoctions anymore. I can be happy with plain old unflavored DIY most days.

I had been only mixing due to necessity, rather than for enjoyment or fun. I was horribly depressed the last 3 months, so even taking a few minutes to mix something, or even clean my supplies/gear was a monumental task. I'm with you on simple(r) recipes. I once did a 12 flavor recipe, and it really wasn't worth it and a pain in the rear. I'd probably be better off buying a one shot for something like that. I like to stick to 1-5 flavors
