    Somewhere between here and there
Are there many distributors who do what you do? Wondering if they got poached by one of your competitors.

No, it wasn't a competitor. There are only three others in our area. My boss and office manager had a conference call with the manufacturer this morning to talk about it. Basically, our customer was big enough that when they threatened to change brands of equipment that it was enough to get the manufacturer to set them up at dealer prices. It's a nation wide company and evidently buy enough that they carried enough weight to get the manufacturer to set them up. It almost never happens.

So does your company still have the job or no?

I'm thinking that the customer will probably accept our offer of letting the machines ship into us and let me still install the kits on them and do the run in on the engines. We have other customers that buy those same big and expensive machines that I do the work on but this particular one was the largest.

I use a hand blender (no nicotine). I whip my batches to the point of "foam" which is breaking down the favors to a molecular state. As the foam bubbles disappear the steeping process is complete.

    I really like that idea!

Is it something like this Toastmaster Hand Blender?

That would make your boss happy.

To each his own in the vaping game. I prefer to let my mixes steep naturally. Others want to speed up the process. Whatever we prefer works:thumbs:

Speaking of steeping -- I just smelled the 3B Cheesecake and Cheesy Acai Biscuit juices of yours. The 3B smells so good it will be hard for me to wait another week to try it. The Cheesy Acai smells good, but it's not nearly as yummy smelling at this point as the 3B.

I think I'll mix some other quick-steeping juices to distract me from the 3B and Cheesy Acai. I don't mind doing the heat steep, but I kinda want to do these two the long way and I am pretty close already.

I do hope you love them both.:)

Good afternoon everyone! First two babies have left their egg shell.. Yolk sacs are fairly small so they'll probably be in the water very soon!

Thank you! I just mixed a Dinner Lady Lemon Tart clone I found on ELR. This one looks interesting. I saw others I want to try too, but this one uses the Chemnovatic Lemon and Lemon Cream Wafer so I wanted to try it first.

This one doesn't call for any meringue though. I am really curious about that. I think I'll wait to see how it turns out and then add meringue if needed.

I have an update on Anna. I think she now realizes it was a trouble maker on the Shiny thread that was just being nasty to her (while professing to be a friend). Hoping she will be back here soon.

Thank you for the update. I was afraid it was something like that. Why can't people just live and let live? I hope Anna will be back here soon!

If you leave out the CAP blueberry, it's basically the common "blueberry trinity" that is popular (some people also add just a bit of lemon) I don't have any blueberry flavors... just a pre-made blueberry donut that I like but it's more of a "jam" flavor (I really "jammy" fruit flavors)

LOL. When you get your scale, let us know what "a little bit of hazelnut" weighs.
I haven't tried that because I don't really have any strawberry flavors (just one that's a candy type... ordered by accident, thought it was an ice cream) All I can say is the idea is to use a low enough % that you don't perceive the hazelnut at all.
