@FranC I had to give you the red disagree thing because I have said, for the third time now, it is NEXT Thursday.

I am on my way (kinda) but like I'm just TO TIRED TO DO ANYTIHNG TODAY. I need massages and facials all day but the husband is disinclined I am going to bet. He seems to be having a very wild and crazy time with like, SOCIAL SECURITY.

I hate everyone. Man, he remains so calm with Social Security and its menu and even workers. I wish he'd be like that with ME.;

Bleugh.

He has also forgotten his mother's middle name.

Anna
My mother's middle name was Wilhelmina, you don't forget that one.

My Aegis Legend came yesterday and the Aegis X mod came today. I like them both but can see what @hittman meant when he said he likes the X better because of the way it feels in his hand. I feel the same way. My son fell in love with the Legend so I let him take it to use. He quit vaping for a long time but is now giving up cigarettes again so I am willing to let him use the Legend for now. I am glad bought these. They appear to be sturdy, well-made mods. Again, thanks to you all for your opinions and advice.

It's a real looker also.
I agree, I initially wasn't sure about the transparent top cap (visible condensation) but I quickly stopped paying attention to that detail. Drip tip is very comfortable, just The only thing thing that bothers me (many complain that it's not an easy build but that's a small issue for me) is squonking with it: when I'm getting to the end of the bottle and it's gurgling when I squonk with air getting sucked in with the juice, the juice is being shot outside the atty through the drip tip- nothing stops it from flying straight out. First time I noticed it I was looking through the drip tip to see whether there is anything coming out of the squonk hole when I press the bottle (as I normally do with my other rda's) and shot myself in the eye lol :D I'm not sure how to combat that, maybe i'll let a few strands of the wick to sit on top of the squonk hole to catch that juice but I'm afraid of blocking the squonk hole. Or maybe stick something in between the posts above the squonk hole, a piece of PEEK insulator for example? However, i'm not sure if it's not going to affect the airflow and vape quality

Nah, I know how it gets, man. It's like, annoying. Time, dates, I do get @FranC being like, when again?

OH THE SS LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was a real joy.

I am in this nuts situation where I have like, no meds or insurance or anything but like, I CAN'T because my husband disenrolled me from SS Medicaid LAST APRIL only they keep saying it is "processing" which is kind of bogus and it is also the wrong county for my address now so I am essentially paying for something I am not receiving and well, NO one is doing anything.

I swear, this lady started in on "COVID" this and "COVID" that and I finally got ....... She also kept trying to say I was trying to get private insurance like NOW and well, I am NOT. I would have gotten Medicare in case I got hospitalized or something happened, for what, 2 months as a safety net. But, I am not able to do that currently so I am just stuck with a few med bills that aren't so bad thanks to goodrx.com and a couple psych appointments. I don't LIKE not having insurance but I know what to do, how to do it, etc.

I finally took over from the poor husband I was like, "Listen, Lady, I don't want to hear COVID out of your mouth one more time because it is IRRELEVENT. First, you work for the SSA. You are as capable at doing your job from home as you are here. I KNOW this is true. You have the same software, you are looking up the same things, and you are telling me you got the disenrollment form IN APRIL before COVID was a glimmer in ANYONE'S eye, so it's quite clear this was purposeful." Then, I was like, "ALSO, you seem to keep thinking I want private insurance. LET US TAKE PRIVATE INSURANCE OFF THE TABLE I do not want it, what I DO want is for my Cochise county Medicare to be activated, so that I am not UNINSURED. That needs to happen immediately."

Then I was like, "You do not appear to be listening to my husband. PLEASE, repeat back to me what I just said." I kept making her repeat it back until it was almost word for word. Then I said, "It is very interesting to note the fact that Medicare fraud appears to be being perpetrated-- by Medicare and SSA. You do realize there are penalties for that, personal penalties, and whomever does not take their job seriously and continues to charge me for a service that I cannot use is GUILTY of such fraud, and we have the right to report all parties as well as initiate a civil suit."

Then I made her repeat THAT back. She was just such a snot. She was like, "Okay, I am not allowed to mention COVID or private insurance let me note that in your file." That is when I got the scary eyes and I turned into SW Bit:censored: and was like, "I want you to know you could be part of a suit and named personally and if needed I can and will sue you and I have the means to do so."

I made her repeat that back too, then got her name and ID number. You gotta be convincing. Anyway a supervisor is supposed to call in the next 48 hours but I think they do some recording at 2 am because I have never actually GOTTEN a supervisor just like, odd messages appearing.

I mean, after a while, you just get fed up. The "Medicare" I have is for Pima county and even if I COULD I wouldn't change my address for them because I refuse to pay almost a thousand dollars for a service I did not use and was disenrolled from several times by my husband who is my rep payee which is kind of funny because I think I almost wound up as his. It's just...weird.

I don't think I'd get much money from them anyway because of my private disability but MAN it's a pain and annoying. I'm trying to think healthy and non-accidental thoughts because that would kinda suck. I was expecting it from the Douglas office because I have never heard one good thing about them. Sigh.

I am doing the right thing though and just CHILLIN for a bit until I have to get in my car and go to Bisbee. Thinking happy thoughts.

It's kinda fun when the social work fire lights up, but meh, IDK. I just want to get out of here, NOT pay for insurance from the government which I don't HAVE (I find that very Kafka/Marxist by the way) and etc. That's all

Dropping in to say hi. Let’s see, what have I been working on? Basically I have determined there is no such thing as a good chocolate. I’ve abandoned all efforts. Chocolate is not meant to be a vape. I’ve also continued to fine tune my Raspberry Yogurt. I’m trying to make it more durable...something I can vape for longer periods of time. Having good success. Lowered all ingredients. I’m down to .30% raspberry and .30% VBIC. Yougurt down to 9%. I have that raspberry and VBIC right where I want it. Next I will work on the yogurt component. Want to make it a little less rich. Perhaps a combination of reducing it and adding another countering flavor. All fine tuning stuff. Lastly, I’m delving head first into butterscotch. I find it to be a very interesting vape. Lots of work ahead here.

Hope y’all are going well. :)

Glad you popped in. Interested in the Raspberry Yogurt when you get it where you want it

Someone on this thread had a butterscotch recipe. It might be in the blog.

I did not realize how popular butterscotch was. It’s quite popular. I mean, it’s basically caramel but not as dark. So I’m going thru several brands to see what works best for me. The popular opinion is Flavor West and Flavorah are the ones working best for most people. At least among the die hard butterscotch fans. They both make variants.

Is mixed berry that "3B cheesecake" recipe I have seen people rave about? Because I have been wanting to try some DIY cheesecake. I never had much luck with commercial cheesecake juice.

No it’s different but both are good. I’ve got both in rotation right now.

FW makes two. Butterscotch and Natural Butterscotch. FLV also makes two. Butterscotch and Smoked Butterscotch. I am picking up all four tomorrow morning from BCF. I’ve tried two. Butterscotch (FA) and Butterscotch Ripple (FW). Both were good I thought. The Ripple is a bit on the sweet side so would not be prominent in anything I make but that is a very popular one. Kind of like butterscotch ice cream. I think I’ve watched every butterscotch video there is. Consistent with all of them is their affection for FW and FLV. All others kind of got a meh reaction. So I’m looking forward to those considering I already like the FA version.

Did you mean FW butterscotch ripple? I do have that and it’s a good one too.
