I love cheesecake, but yeah I don't like the sweet ones as much...
I like mine to be more cheesy almost tart
I got this french style cheesecake mousse from walmart...man that was good.....too bad it only came in a little parfait cup

then again it's probably a good thing, i'd eat it by the gallons....
pretty sure it was fran that told me to use mascarpone cheese and that made a big difference for me in mixing, though

gonna have to make a 120ml of cheesecake now

that's the only one I make in big bottles, everything else is just 50ml (sometimes less if it's something iffy or one of my concoctions)
