What's your current favorite cheesecake base recipe? I think I have a few of yours saved.
There needs to be a button for "interesting" or an emoji with raised eyebrows and kind of wringing his/her hands in anticipation. I would use that thing all the time.:pop: Maybe that's it I guess :lol:

Ok, this was one of my first recipes, so the cheesecake aspect is not how I would make it now, but Wild Cherry FA may be the key. A lot of people talk about cherry as a hated failure of a flavor, but the FA Wild Cherry has been a winner for me.

-Cherry Cheesecake-
2.5% Cheesecake FW
5% NY Cheesecake CAP
0.5% Strawberry Red Touch FA
0.5% Sugar Daddy Regular Sweetener
7% Wild Cherry FW

That's from over two years ago and I have not really revisited it, got lost on other flavors but I do use the Wild Cherry still. Hmm, I think I just picked my next cheesecake flavor. See how it goes with my current base at 3%.

I don't have wild cherry by fw. I have black cherry inw and cherries inw. I think I will sub the cherries by inw, thanks again.

    I love cheesecake, but yeah I don't like the sweet ones as much...
    I like mine to be more cheesy almost tart

    I got this french style cheesecake mousse from walmart...man that was good.....too bad it only came in a little parfait cup :lol: then again it's probably a good thing, i'd eat it by the gallons....

    pretty sure it was fran that told me to use mascarpone cheese and that made a big difference for me in mixing, though :lol: I do go heavy on it according to fran :D:p

    gonna have to make a 120ml of cheesecake now :pervy:
    that's the only one I make in big bottles, everything else is just 50ml (sometimes less if it's something iffy or one of my concoctions)
    You do know how to fix cheesecake that is too sweet??

    This is the one I’ve been using for awhile, my cheesecake base 1 in Zazie’s blog is good too. @Zazie
    TFA Cheesecake Base
    TFA Cheesecake/Graham 5%
    TFA Graham Cracker Clear 2%
    WF Mascarpone 1%

    Plain TFA Cheesecake, NOT Cheesecake/Graham. It is very tart/sour. Just a very small amount will make your mix not sweet anymore.

    Good afternoon mixers!

    About this cheesecake base. Do I use 5% New York Cheesecake CAP, Graham Cracker Cheesecake, or Cheesecake TFA?
    The base I just posted (a couple back) is my TFA base.

    So above was just a typo? Replace Cheesecake/Graham with Cheesecake TFA?

    It is named TFA cheesecake base. The recipe is under

    TFA Cheesecake/Graham 5%
    TFA Graham Cracker Clear 2%
