Now that was one I did not know. Silly British people. At least they have cool accents. And call erasers rubbers. Oh, how my sisters and I giggled over that when we were there in 1969/70
Those bigass trucks you drive in Texas take up both sides of the road. No, we drive on the right side of the road.

Thanks, if my order shows up like it’s supposed to I’ll get that mixed. After doing the sft at 2%, I would do it at 3% for the mix.

That’s funny.Back in the early (19, NOT 18!) 70s, my then wife and I spent about 3 months in England and Scotland, stayed at many "bed & breakfast" places. One, where they knew we were heading for a train early the next morning, blithely asked if we'd like to be "knocked up" in the morning.![]()

I did a quick orientation last Thursday (3 hours) and I start on the floor training tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed that this job will be the job until I retire.Have you started your new job?
I'm watching the latest season. Love the show!I noticed during a recent binge watch of several seasons of The Great British Bake Off that Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith (the judges, for nonfans) talked of both cookies and biscuits. For them, cookies were chewy or cakey and biscuits were crisp. Never before had I heard this distinction made.
