I hate my yard. I live on a literal mountain and part of the front slopes so much to the road that you have to weedeat it. The rest of the front causes blisters on my feet most of the year from mowing on a slope. The front slope has a lot of washed out places from the massive rain. The back and sides are mostly flat so that’s easy. Nobody would cut it and I wouldn’t want to pay the price they would quote. I need a retaining wall but they are expensive.

It takes me three hours to do my yard and none of it can be done by riding mower. The men in my life shake their head as it’s that hard. My dad used to weedeat the slope for me but I made him stop. It’s downright dangerous mowing my yard and I won’t let my son and his pretty limbs and toes get near the front. He needs his limbs and toes.

Everybody on my road has a slope but they can easily mow theirs but mine is the worst. It looks ok once I get it all done, but I think of moving daily. I used to say my yard would keep me healthy, now I say it will be the death of me.

I did one side and part of the front and I needed a break. Gotta go back out there now. Sigh

You need a goat. It would keep your lawn mowed and fertilized. You'd just have to water it.

Your post reminded me that I have issues with really high VG. Not allergic, just sensitive, in that it irritated my lungs and nostrils.
But, if I manage to not inhale, and just suck it into my mouth and exhale through my mouth rather than nose, it might work out.

I have wondered since the start of this if I could have a Vg sensitivity.

Had another short outside sitting spell. Didn’t last long. No shade on the deck til later and it’s too hot ATM. I have my second try at Lemonberry Wafer in my tank and I think this one will be a winner but more vaping time will tell.

It was cookies and cream ice cream.
I hate an unsolved mystery. Obviously, no Sherlock, here (sigh). I was wondering if there were any “same” ingredients between the ic and your vape. (Since both use food flavors).

I plan to find out once I wait for everything to leave my system completely from this past experiment with the the 91%vg .
I’m sure it’s the best plan to wait. You seem to have a good idea with testing for each thing. I wish you the best of luck.

My front and back yards are fairly level but the left side of my house is about three feet lower than my neighbors so it's a hill. That side of my yard has been an issue with it staying wet and water run off. Also in the back where the yard meets the neighbor's yard behind me it's a natural run off and when we get a lot of rain I have a small lake back there. I've recently thought about moving but I don't want to start a new mortgage at 50 and wouldn't move unless there was a three car garage, a sprinkler system and a few other things. I'd come out ok on my house but would have to spend another 100-150k probably to get what I wanted.

My back does the same with natural runoff and with heavy rains it puddles big time. Seems to be worse after we cleaned up the fence line. I have more sticks after the recent storms. I’ve got to finish half the back and the mowing is done. Then I weedeat and edge and blow. I’m glad I tackled it today as it’s supposed to rain tonight and tomorrow with more storms.

I live in a lovely sought-after neighborhood but it’s an older neighborhood. I’ve been here 19 years. Love the house and location and neighbors but I do not like my front yard. And it’s not a large yard but it’s not small either.

If I moved I would downsize with zero yard maintenance somewhere. Maybe the beach.

Moving would be a pain also.

I've thought also about like a no maintenance condo or something. I'm not old enough yet to think about retiring to the beach although my wife would love it.

Where would you vape in a condo.

Good point. My friend's father lives in a place where they have a garage and everything but all the maintenance is done for them. Really I'm just thinking out loud. I'd be hard pressed to move being that I only have about six years left on our mortgage.

Think you’d be better off paying that off for sure. Not to mention, would you really want another mortgage at that point?Living at the beach would be nice if it wasn’t for the hurricanes.

Definitely the smart thing to do would be to pay the house off and stay there as long as possible. My plan is to get the house paid off and max out my 401k contribution until I retire. I've got a good start but would like to add as much as possible so we can do whatever we want to within reason after I retire. Also, if/when we have grandkids then I'd like to put some money in a trust for them.
