Torrone also has sweetness. It's the chewy nougat part in a candy.

I read that, but I don’t get “sweet” at that level from it. It’s more zesty almond. Maybe I’m honey blind

I believe it has to do with customs inspections. Idk, if you google DHL shipment on hold there's many different reasons.. so I contacted customer service. I don't like phone calls and waiting aeons, so by sheer luck I was able to find their customer service chat and not email. It wasn't easy finding it. Tracking said I would get my parcel on the 23rd.. which to take 5 days to travel 4.5 hours away is just absurd. CS agent just told me it is scheduled for delivery on Monday which is why it is on hold.. but that doesn't really explain why it's on hold. I can speculate and theorize, but at least I know it's coming.. I hope.
Is it just me, or does it seem there's an increased need to contact customer service these days? Probably covid to blame. It's a miracle if I order something and then it arrives in it's scheduled time without issue. Maybe for my current situation it's my "local" DHL which gets a 2.4/5 on Google lol. Something I do, but I haven't had to use (yet), is take screenshots of interactions with CS.. just in case.
It’s 6 weeks old. You’d think it would be “done”. On the other hand, my taste buds aren’t nearly as perceptive as yours.

I had trouble with DHL last year or two. Something about they don't deliver to my address in WV? There's a DHL hub less than 5 miles from me in Hagerstown, MD. The office that called me was in DC. And they told me not to use DHL anymore for my address. Sounded really strange to me. They ended up doing USPS over night at a cost to them around $25. ps I tend to believe the cs person. They pay a certain amt for shipment and those shipments have a time frame. The quicker the delivery the more the cost. Thats why it is on hold. They are following their rules by the letter....
