Reading the review on the new FA flavor Pina Colada Brazilian. This flavor only got a 3 star rating because it has little to no coconut flavor. This is actually good for me because I can't vape coconut. It is said to be light and refreshing. Could be a good summer mix.

I figured out a caramel recipe. I tried half a dozen different combinations of the same three ingredients at different %, the one I liked best was this.

TFA Caramel Original - 3%
TFA French Vanilla - 5%
TFA Graham Clear - 3%

For me the Caramel Original seemed to be the key. It has all those bad chemicals in it, it just has a quality that none of the other half dozen caramels I tried had. Smooth and yummy.

I figured this one out using 6 identical setups to make it easy to compare different versions. Previously I just threw something together and maybe adjusted it the next time or gave up if it wasn't good out of the box.

Anyone who is a big fan of vanilla should try TFA Vanilla Deluxe. Very strong though, at 3% it was overpowering. Not sure what I'll do with it but it's on my list.

I hardly ever do SFT's. I'm more likely to do a simple two flavor mix with an ice cream or pudding.

I mixed the Amarula solo. I mixed the Cheesecake Olympus solo also but after I taste it I will probably add cheese and graham. It is said to be more of a cream so who knows.

Morning all,

My road to left knee replacement hit a roadblock yesterday when I went for lung testing and clearance. My tests were all worse than a year ago, significantly so, and they blamed it on vaping. They also are very unhappy that I have not used a CPAP machine in 5 years and will not clear me until I have a new machine to take with me to the hospital. Sigh. So I took home a kit and did a "Home Sleep Study" last night and have to return it today before 1pm and I have a appt with my Gastro doc (Liver guy) at 11:15 am. Busy busy! My next appt with the lung doctor is 7/26 so this is going take way longer than I had hoped. They want me to stop vaping but I doubt that will happen anytime soon.

My doctor was a complete PIA about vaping. Funny thing, my longtime nurse, who also vapes, told me to just tell the doctor I quit vaping. Nurse removed it from my record. Told my doc I quit. No more getting the 3rd degree from her, problem solved.

I've come to the conclusion that doctors don't need to know everything about my life and the things "I choose" to do. It's none of their business. I mean, these days with their silliness if you eat a spoonful of sugar per day they will come up with some lame tests you need to do cuz sugar causes 'something'.

Tell your doctors you quit vaping. They really don't need to know.
