Just a quick hello here. OMG I forgot about my BCF order and it was suppose to be delivered Tuesday. Well it arrived today. LOL and sitting in the hot mailbox. I could smell the tobaccos 10 feet from the mailbox. It did smell great! Hope everyone is staying cool and healthy. Trying/attempting to back read and hoping Uncle will get well.

Zazie, if you want help fixing the links let me know. I'll help. Figure I could grab the correct links and then send them to you via PM. Maybe one of us could start from the top and the other the bottom??? Meet up in the middle??? Or do say, 10-20 at a time and then give you the info you need to make fixes???

It is a valuable resource. I would hate to see it stay messed up. Maybe we can recruit others to help and give each person a section.

Just some thoughts Zaz. Lemme know.
Hmm. That's a good thought. I'd still have to input the changes but it would save me searching for the links.

I'm feeling paranoid about losing it again, so I'm considering copying the links into the blog into of making the recipe names clickable. It won't be as convenient to use, but if disaster struck again the links would still be there in text form. On the other hand, what are the odds of this happening again?

EVERYBODY, I've had to split the blog in two. Part 1 is everything through frozen desserts. Part 2 is everything from fruits through tobacco, with an appendix containing the list of abbreviations and the tips and tricks section.

Another possible solution for a backup... copy/paste the links, as we PM them to you, into a text file on your PC or Mac. I'm thinking that would work as a functional offsite backup, just in case. An extra step in your process, yes, but it might be worth it in the long run.

My thinking is, if this were to ever happen again then the proper working links would be preserved offline and secure. Might be easier to fix that way as well.

Might be a dumb idea. Just thinkin' out loud. :)

I'm vaping cobra cobra now as a single flavor. It's rather weak. I mixed it at 7% and am barely getting any flavor. I'd go with 9-10% as a single flavor next time. It has the flavor of a fried pastry like a donut or a churro, but before any sugar, etc added to it. It's not super sweetit would make a good pastry base.
Normally, I wouldn't be that interested but I am trying to create the perfect french toast recipe... that might fit right in (can you tell me specifically which brand/flavor that is?)

Thanks, *RJ*. Yeah, fixing it would take much longer than putting it together in the first place. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about it.

I might need some directions but I’d be willing to help.

Yeah, I was considering that option, too: keeping the clickable recipe names in the blog here but also saving a version on my computer (and in the cloud for good measure) with the links as text. It'll double the work of maintaining the blog but would be good insurance.

Alright, I'm up for helping @Zazie and @ShowMeTwice. Just let me know what you need me to do, or how we should break everything up. Heads up though, doubt I will be available to do much until Monday. Tomorrow I will not be in an internet friendly area.

Just finished dinner after a little shopping. We went to Academy Sports. I’ve been wanting another set of dumbbells. I also picked out the pellet grill I want. I just need to figure out if I want to spend that much. This is the one.

    Creamy Butter Mint
    Butter Mint (Purilum) 3.5%
    Sweet Cream (VTA) 1%
Cream Fresh (Panna Fresca) (FA) 1%
Holy Vanilla (DIYFS) 1.5% or use Shisha Vanilla (INW) at the same percentage
    Marshmallow (FA) 1%
    WS-23 30% .50%
Good to hear from you PJ. Just wanted to say I also love (PUR) butter mint... just mixed it with "water malone" and ice cream (been vaping that between other tanks of various recipes) I just ran out (was only a small batch) Might mix another batch... it's such a nice "palette cleanser" especially on a hot day.
Have you tried it with melon? I tried it with over a dozen other flavors and my favorite was honeydew melon (although it was a pre-made juice)

I am trying to create the perfect french toast recipe.
If I were to make a French Toast... I would start with these flavors and %'s. They're all good flavors that I've used and like.

    WF Bread (Butter Toast) 2%-2.5%
    TFA Brown Sugar Extra 0.25%-0.5%
    INW Shisha Vanilla 0.5%
FA Milk or VTA Milk Fresh (just a touch) 0.5%
CAP Vanilla Custard v1 0.75% (for it's eggy note)

Steep, test, then adjust to taste from there.

Once you got that part set then consider adding something creamy. Ever hear of Mascarpone stuffed French Toast? Yup, it's a thing and popular too.

Taking it even further, consider adding a touch of FA Maple Syrup.

Strawberry and raspberry are my go to fruits. Boring, yes but different ones work well. I’m going to try glazed strawberry in the ice cream base.
It's funny... I'm sort of "strawberry blind" and do love darker berries (blackberry, blueberry) so never tried raspberry. It is now my favorite! I made a raspberry layered cake w/bavarian cream... love it.

Oh I am all over that idea (just recently discovered mascarpone and love it) Yes, just a bit of extra maple but I also add cinnamon (FA ceylon... nice for bakery) and lots of vanilla (like IRL) Thanks for the tip!

I don’t want a gas grill. I’ve had a few before and don’t want to have a propane tank or worry about it’s full or empty. I’m not totally decided on the pit boss and may still consider a Traeger or green mountain. Also you lose a lot of space in the smoker once you go with a dual unit.

Very nice grill. Are they having a 4th of July sale for their grills?

That one is marked down $50. They were supposed to carry traeger too but I didn’t see any.

    Can you sell it?

It’s not worth much. I have taken good care of it but it wasn’t very expensive to start. I’d probably give it to the right person.
