Do you mean the old black and white TV show? It was a classic for sure.

I watched the 1st season of it a few years ago (netflix). Was OK, but I tired of it, and it was too "soap opera" for me.

The movie with Depp was interesting too. Based on that setting.

But I seldom watch entire series, I just don't watch enough TV (busy mixing? lol).
The one I do watch when/if it ever comes back is "What we do in the shadows"...which is another vampire thing. Offensive maybe for some, but hilarious. Recommended for the not-easily-offended.

I think I watched that a time or two on Showtime back in the early '90's, but I could be mistaken too...

I watched the original that aired on the ABC television network after school. My older brother and I would watch. There were 1225 episodes from June 27, 1966 – April 2, 1971.

There was Dark Shadows: The Revival which aired on NBC from January 13 to March 22, 1991.

And then more recently there was the Dark Shadows movie starring Johnny Depp.

I think perhaps everyone should go to YouTube and start watching Dark Shadows. It's very soothing. I recommend it.

LOVED it when it was on. So sad when it was gone. Good to know it's on YouTube. Is that YouTubetv or regular YouTube, Zazie?

Have you seen the movie?

Not yet, but plan to. I mean, it spawned the series after all. Different actors as I understand it. So I set my expectations for it to be "different" than a series. Then I won't be disappointed if/when it isn't a clone.
