Here in Austria you can buy Rayon in every drugstore and I have found 3 different sources already. Its usually labeled Viscose or Cellucotton.
I know this doesn't help you much as you´re from Malaysia, but pharmacies/drugstores are a good place to look for it.

I was an electrician. Had an old friend, he called electricity juice.

Lol. Just thought about that. I live in a large city. Here "juice" mean influence in the slimy underworld of legal (politicians) or illegal (mob) circles.

I've managed to paint myself into a corner. I have two identical tanks, identical builds both wicked with rayon. One is working perfectly, just the way I like it. The other not and I can't seem to get it just right. In the course of experimenting with wick and tail density and tail length, I can't remember exactly how I did the perfect one and it's working so well I don't want to take it apart to look. I need to keep better notes. Doh! :-x

I've had that happen too. Three identical Ti builds on three STminis. Two worked great from the start but the flavor was off on the third, no matter how I wicked it. Having successfully wicked STminis since their introduction I concluded that it had to be the coil. Tightening the post screws didn't help so I recoiled, problem solved. That coil had symmetry problems that were difficult to see (old eyes) but under magnification it was obvious that the two middle turns were skewed and one of the end turns was opened up. Sometimes coils just go wonky on me and vape like crap no matter how I wick them whereas a coil with excellent symmetry is very forgiving of less than perfect wicking. My:2c:

Third attempt, not bad looks like a keeper.

Glad we were able to help you get it going quickly. You can always adjust the tail length or density, if needed, to customize it for your magma.

Any quick tips for new users, or the one thing that seemed to bring you success?
I think it was blind luck to be honest. Lol

But if you follow what's said in this thread you should be good to go honestly. That's that I did.

Well I'll be a..yeah. I finally watched the two videos near the beginning. Man I was stuffing way to much wick in there. I was having to hold the coil with my finger nail to keep from pulling it clean off the side of the deck. I guess I take stuff too literally. I wish I had watched the vids earlier.

I just ordered a ST Mini from Rocky Mountain Vapors. Summer sale 25% off, $22.50 shipped. These Lemos are a pain to empty when you want to rewick.
Now I may be mistaken on this, but IIRC the Billow series of tanks has this neat feature where you can access the deck without draining the tank.

I know you already bought the STM, but it's always another option.

Well IIRC isn't a tank or anything. Stands for "If I Remember Correctly".

There are so many tanks out now that allow you to access the deck without emptying the tank, I wouldn't dream of buying one that doesn't. Even though you don't have to rewick as often using rayon I still like to be able to check my wicks when I want to without a hassle.

The juice or liquid or whatever you want to call it is dropping in this Lemo 2 is dropping like the gas gauge in an old Ford truck.
When you get the Subtank Mini you might want to pick this up from Fasttech for $7. [emoji15]

You don't have to dump the juice to do that with the ST Mini do you?

If so, I'm going to try to cancel.
Nope, and I don't even remove the base from the mod when refilling. I just turn the whole rig upside down and unscrew the tank from its base. Refilling this way preserves the 510 threads of the mod and helps keep the res stable for temp control.

If your using flimsy wire you will probably need to hold the coil.

The videos were with 32g parallel mostly which is comparable to 28g kanthal as far as sturdiness.

There are a couple other vids I have uploaded as well. I chose the two vids I felt showed the process I use regularly and had the correct density. . Others show some other techniques as well. My very first vid was off on density and too light
